Honestly, i don't see the difference between military and civilian govt now. The military comes with a barrel of gun to take over govt. Wike does not give free help. He helped APC to win presidential election in Rivers he takes his reward as FCT minister. So he helped Fubara to win governorship election in Rivers so he wants to enjoy the reward of his help to Fubara in Rivers.

Wema bank was the first commercial bank account I operated(my first ever was a micro finance bank)

It was my school account.

I hated the bank so much because of their archaic ways of transaction.

I later abandoned the account when other new generation banks started coming to the vicinity of my school. I still have some money abandoned in that account sef, although not much. (maybe one day I will walk in and request to close the account. Even though I can't remember the account number again. Maybe the money would have yielded a sizable interest . Very unlikely though)

I don't know if they changed or modernized their banking systems. As I can't remember using that bank ever since. But I just have the impression and bias they haven't.

Ironically, I have hardly had any transaction carried out with the bank since then.

And when I pass through any branch the thought that comes to my mind is "people still use this bank"?

Honestly Wema Bank is good now.. Their services have improved. The advantage their is they don't have too many customers like GTBank and Zenith. So they don't delay customers much like gtbank and zenith. I have to abandone my accts in gtbank and zenith because of too much delay. The last time i went to Zenith, i almost collapsed before they answered me because of too many customers.

Last year I had the opportunity to travel abroad I told the person to invest the money in a business for me here, since he is also doing well in Nigeria without traveling abroad to hustle, he refused to give me any money or even invest it for me in a business. I told him I wasn't interested in traveling, that I can't be slaving away in a foreign land, living in fear or foreign laws that are anti black (no matter how nice they paint it) plus leaving all the people I cherish behind was something I can't imagine.
