pay was ok then.heard its even better now. yeah i got the job then but am no longer with them.

Unfortunately i'd not done any test with them before but learnt from those who did that it was GMATS.Only attended series of interviews, first with their recruiting consultant where a number of us were shortlisted and sent to media reach for further screening. met with the departmental head and a Director together with an HR person. I must tell you MediaReach'll help keep your brain working plus the system is such that can accomodate only brilliant minds. take the shot, its worth it, that is if u're not only concerned with the pay!

Got a text from doheney services asking me 2 come for an interview for d post of a/ctant.Probs is when i checked my sent folder i discovered d only time i submitted my c.v with them was 2007.Am actually employed now, though on the look out for better offers.Wld really appreciate if there r pple here who kld intimate me with any info about the agency that may significantly influence my decision 2 go or not-It's not easy getting out of my office especially if u aren't a marketer, cos it's a bank.

well penfold,entry level pay in 1st bank isn't 114k.d info isn't correct, i can tell that cos i work there.

man u're cruel posting a thing like this about FirstBank. u ain't gonna get anywhere trying to portray the bank in bad light like u're doing.the bank is in a class of it's own-has more sense than soil its hard earned name and esteem with a paltry 20 kobo or wat did u say it was. it's simple,ur password has been compromised.put in a letter instructing that ur atm be blocked so there'l be no further transaction on the account via atm for now,then request for a new pin.be careful next time and always watch ur back.act now so u won't lose all ur money rather than waste time posting malicious topics about a bank driven by integrity and with zero tolerance for fraud and sharp practices.

I work with the bank and can tell u that entry level pay is more than 70-80k as stated by my guy.Upfront after confirmation is smthn to look forward to.For Transaction officers I wouldn't know.

Many of us r culprits.As we analyse and criticise let's also search ourselves.I believe 80% of girls contributing to this message are not innocent.The issue of materialism has been on the high rise these days.It's so much in our subconsciousness that u can be guilty and not know it.So watch out for urself;u could be worse than those we are criticizing.

uzzi,i don't think there is a definite fashion for the selection 'cos i did the interview in Ibadan on the last day which was on a saturday and am being called for medicals in the second batch.I don't know what method they are using but no probs,keep faith,urs is on the way.

Believe me guys the questions are simple.All u need is FULL concentration and speed;don't even lose a second.I can't say the questions are GMATS questions;they are commonsensical questions called logical indicator 1 $ 2.

10 of us did the test when I went for mine.3 of us passed the test.1 of us was asked to rewrite the test;2 of us were interviewed immediately and I was given an employment form to fill.The 2 other girls said they told them that they'll be gotten back to.Anyway the short and sum of the whole thing is that ve been waiting since then.It's over a month now.When I called and explained to them that 2 weeks have lapsed and I hadn't heard anything,the guy told me to hang up and expect a text message.Then he sent a mssg in which I was told that they'll call me anytime there is a position for which I am well suited.Am kind of confused cos I applied for something specific. Waiting is becoming unbearable

50 questions in 12 mins in two places meaning 24 mins to 100 questions then personality test questions.I did mine last month,passed the test and the interview,even filled an application form and had my credentials verified, wonder why they didn't call me.

I'll like to tell guys out there who wrote the DDB Lagos test that e no easy at all o.We were told at the interview yesterday that about 50 people were shortlisted from the 600 that wrote the test and that they are still gonna prune the figure down to like 15.The interview lasted for about 4 hrs,yet it didn't really look like the interviews we've been used to.It's unimaginable the number of jokes we cracked among ourselves-the level of freedom was just awesome.they were actually trying to assess us based on our real character,not some form of make believe attitude most people put up at interviews.I would say it's a beautiful place to work in,u'll love the place YET not everyone'll make it to the finals.As much as we enjoyed it we all knew some will not make it to next week(the final stage)
Am dropping this to address the notion that the selection was based on bias and favouritism.The guys I asked said they knew nobody in DDB.
