What is so wrong with a deputy governor using tokunbo car that he'll av many in his possession. Meanwhile, majority of minors r out there trekking, even some without good or no shoes. Seriously, do we really want this change? We are clamouring 4 changes from our leaders in all division of government buh we followers haven't change our mentality about democracy. If we continue thinking this way, I don't see the changes coming in century.
