ositadima1: I told you about GTCO, the emotional sellers were busy doing their thing. One of them even claimed that the market maker specializing in GTCO is the one pushing the price up recently. The kind of nonsense you read here sometimes is just amazing. Mr. Market himself. Sell everything you have and buy GTCO. |

** Meanwhile, Ellah also closed on full bid.. GTB market makers have excess cash reserves. Bids have been lower than offers for some weeks but the price keeps going up. |

Even ACA, If they plug the proceeds back to FIDELITY or SEPLAT, Their gains won't be tax chargeable. Is it possible to know when firms like ACA buys a stock? |

guyzgirl: lol, there are two ways to achieve 15% na. 1) Pay higher dividend based on current price 2) Bring the price down to where 15% is achievable.
But on a more serious note, the dividend was disappointing but the result is understandable as we all knew the FX gains was a strong booster last year. The price will come down. Except the MM have enough cash to defend the price. Dividend investors will choose stanbic or zenith over gtco. |

megamart247: Why not first remove the log of WOOD/OANDO in eyes before talking about Ellah lakes PLC a money spinner coy that have giving some of us over 200% profit and still counting ?
You are so much concern about other people affairs while your left yours unattended
Oando plc has a significant debt burden, with its total liabilities significantly exceeding its assets, resulting in negative equity and a high debt-to-equity ratio. In 2025, the company's total debt was reported as approximately ₦3.22 trillion,.
With this level of OANDO huge debt. you still see it as good buy for a company that have not paid dividend over the past 10ys but you don't see Ellah lakes as a good buy...

Whether CBN like it or not, H1 results of banks must be made available to the investing community. In fact, one or two must come out before the end of September. We are almost entering Q3 o.
