There are numerous causes of frequent urination ranging from physiologic to pathologic, basically in ur case after u have ruled out diabetes, the next major thing is for u to do a urine microscopy, culture and sensitivity ,a urinalysis, serum electrolyte urea and creatinine and an abdominopelvic scan..so as to rule out any complications at the level of ur kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra and to basically exclude a urinary tract infection..then u can go for appropriate antibiotics based on the above investigation result or better seek a specialist review |
Recurrent passage of hard stools with blood stain calls for a great concern..causes could be from chronic constipation which causes a stretch in anal blood vessels and a leakage of blood along side faeces.it could also be from haemorrhoid.so it is ideal you see a medical doctor to take a good history from u and also examine you with requested investigations..on the interim you can use suppository anusol, some high fibre diet, drink plenty of water, and have a sitz bath and some good analgesic for pain. |

Basically they are both options that are taken for safe delivery of the baby and mother's health status. But there are criteria that are usually carried out on the woman before you induce a woman in labour..in otherwords , there are indications for an induction of labour, like favourability of the cervix, presentation of the baby(in the womb),if the woman has had a previous c/s in less than 2yrs,cephalopelvic disproportion etc, post date pregnancy (pregnancy above 40weeks) etc..if the woman is found wanting in this there would be failed induction of labour which would subsequently lead to an urgent c/s..so I personally feel if u want to go through induction of labour, make sure u have done a check list of the above to be sure you have met the criteria.moreso make sure u are in a hospital with obstetricians on ground and good emergency equipments for a ceasearean section.. Ceasearean sections also has its own indications and contraindications..with good antenatal care and adequate follow up,ur obstetrician should guide u on what would be favourable for u.... |
