If you really want to acquire a career in banking, i will advice you to pick the job, cos most branch managers, regional managers etc, started as a DSA, you can be lucky and get something better. You must not be a contract forever. Don't be afriad of the target, just blv that is achievable. @Mr wise which of the bank are you working with?

Do you know that, there are Some people in the prayer houses and ministies now smelling olive oil !!! Even fasting 6:6 just to get a job that will take them out everyday, even if they are not being paid. I don't want to remember how i suffered before i got a job, i cherish my job more than anything on earth, i can't stop thanking GOD for what he have done for me. CONGRATULATIONS

He has so perfected the habit to the point that he can go three months without paying staff salaries. He practically runs a free labor system in the company. If you angrily resign, he will not pay for the period worked. i know this much because i work there currently as the Chief Finance Officer and have been looking for a way out. I'll never pray for my enemy to end up in the mess I'm in now. Had i known this earlier, i wont have taken up the job
