MrSly: No he will beat the wife is she insists. Or step out to report to the police and comeback probably seeing a dead child, with absconded wife. You argument doesn't hold at all and will never happen except when the man is proven to be an accomplice. Hence the need to be arrested. At least for questioning and further investigation. |

F We4all: Is that not how it's supposed to be? As long as your spouse is privy to your crime, then he or she should be charged as an accessory.
However, OP, why are you hammering on physical abuse alone? Don't you think sexual abuse perpetrated by men is even worse than physical abuse? I honestly didn't even consider that angle. I just can't imagine it ni o. It's worse to be frank. And I agree with what Cococandy said, physical and sexual abuse usually go hand-in-hand in most cases. God abeg. |

Exactly. You have spoken well. chicfarmer: My own be say once a woman starts maltreating the help, the husband should just return the child to its people/parents.
Besides, children should not be used as domestic help. |
Family › Re: Husbands Of Women Who Abuse Their Domestic Help Should Also Be Arrested by LeopardX(op): 7:04pm On Jun 20 |
eepeepook: If a woman is abused by her husband. All parents involved should be arrested. The man’s parents and the woman’s parents. Police must chop for domestic matter. I'm talking about child abuse here, man. A child has no agency of his or her own. At least a woman can walk away if she's had enough. She's an adult. But a child? C'mon man!!! I'm very sure you won't stand by and let your wife brutalize a child for any reason. So I believe you're just joking. |
Family › Husbands Of Women Who Abuse Their Domestic Help Should Also Be Arrested by LeopardX(op): 6:56pm On Jun 20 |
I believe that husbands whose wives abuse domestic helps should also be arrested and investigated. Too often, we hear terrible stories of children and domestic workers being tortured inside homes. Recently, reports emerged of a woman who allegedly poured hot water and candle wax on a young child in her care. Such cruelty and evil act does not usually happen in one minute or in complete secrecy. Someone in the house often sees the signs, hears the cries, or notices the injuries.
A husband should not be allowed to simply say, "I didn't know." If a child is being abused repeatedly in a home, every responsible adult in that home should answer questions from the police. If investigations show that the husband knew about the abuse, ignored it, encouraged it, or failed to report it, then he should face the law alongside his wife.
Children and domestic helps are human beings, for crying out loud. A home should be a place of safety, not a place of fear and torture. Holding all responsible adults accountable will help discourage abuse and protect vulnerable people. Silence can sometimes be as dangerous as the abuse itself.
And since this issue is common place in our society today, there should be a law holding husbands of these women equally responsible for these crimes against children and domestic help.
What do you guys think? |

Ah shey dem no go kee this woman like this? Na animal in human form she be o. onyinyechi225: That one is another story Sef. The one you mentioned has 2kids-boys (her husband was even in the picture through out all the public fury, her arrest, and ultimately trial. Reports has it that she used candle to burn the girl’s Anus.🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️.. and eventually left her roaming on the streets. Now, medically, they say this girl has been disvirgned and her finger had 3 already decayed due to being left untreated for over a week. Endproduct is…those 3 fingers will be amputated🥺 Me: Christ!!.. where dem dey see all these Women from sef🙆🏻♀️

See the way the child is clinging to the police officer as if her life depends on it.
She for don dey see shege for that woman hand before this incident exposed the whole thing.
I pray she finds a hospitable family made up of human beings.
A child of that age can't offend or provoke me to the point of inflicting physical harm on him.
Maybe illiteracy also play a role in how swines like this woman treat children, I dunno. |

FreeStuffsNG: 6 — The United States undertakes, together with its regional partners, to create a comprehensive plan agreed upon by both parties for the rehabilitation and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while ensuring financing of at least $300 billion. The implementation mechanism of this plan, as part of the final agreement, will be formulated within 60 days. O pari.
Pride goeth before disgrace.
The word and curse of the matryed Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Trump came to pass. Smh.
Americans will pay through their nose yet Iran has vowed that it will not forgive or forget. Relax. $300bn is nothing to the US. Besides, most of the money belongs to Iran. All I can see here is how powerful a country can be such that it can issue sanctions to any country on earth, and yet is largely immune to sanctions from other countries. |

No midfielder in that list can bench Cole Palmer when fit. Palmer is bold, confident, creative and always want the ball. Then Tuchel left him out, English fans will not forgive if he fails. Besides, Palmer is not the most technically gifted player in that squad. That's Harry Kane: he can do all Palmer can do and more. |

What precisely is the usefulness of attacking with porous defense. The commentators was counting the minute of the goals which was on average of 9 mins Lol. Kompany said something after the match they lost to Arsenal, that at stage of the competition, he's not bothered. That he'll only be bothered at an advanced stage when the stakes are high. PSG and Athletico Madrid made it to the round of 16 via playoffs. That means they were poor during the preliminary stage...but now Dem dey hot. If they met the same teams who beat them in the previous round in the quarter or semi final, sorry is their name. Abi no be so? As a matter of fact, Kompany said he wants to play Arsenal again. He will be replaced and the struggle continues They have not been traumatized with relentless violent attacks that's why. While I believe this war against them is unjust and unfair, the US is only using just a fraction of its capabilities to reduce civilian casualties. It's not a gloves off campaign by the US like what they did to Japan in 1945 or in Iraq in 2003. Otherwise Iran go don gentle since. |
