At Dubai airport, nobody is checking the stamp on your passport or whether you stayed for 14 days before flying from your departure point. A friend I entered Dubai with, got only exit stamp from Ghana airport. He was stamped in with no issue at Dubai airport. Hold a valid visa and a valid pcr result, and you'll be allowed in easily.

P.S. I entered Ghana by road.

dont venture into doing this for Ghana, you can try benin republic.

14 days and you fly on the 15 day, some are cutting corners going through Bennin republic, but i can tell you UAE Authorities are not allowing those who cut corners enter at the POE.

Do not try to go by road, All land borders are closed due to corona Virus, Tho people still go through land but they used it for another purpose, not for uae travelling, Stamp on your passport is mandatory to enable you to fly to UAE, this will show you stay the stipulated Quarantine days in the neighbouring country. otherwise, you will not be allowed to travel

Get your car comprehensively insured first. Claims you get can help fix your car when the driver get involve in an accident ( be it minor /severe). You don't have to worry about car theft because you're covered.

Look for drivers that are not too far away from you in the case of monthly car inspection. This would help to see the state of your car.

25k is the weekly rental agreement while the driver cover repairs less than 6k or so, not so sure about this one. If the driver default rental payment for 2weeks without any cogent reason, retrieve your car.

I have almost zero fears lest for the warnings around here *Trust no one not even your brother in Dubai* but nonetheless I think since he's gonna help me get the visa (3 months) I wouldn't need much worry.
As for SIRA, he told me within the company security, just 2 persons has SIRA tho I would need it just when I want to be assured of better opportunities outside his place. Said the company is a freezone and they do change of Visa for staff (3 years), and again, said the Visa fee will be 1400AED and I can pay back in 4 months after I start working. I think this is a good deal, I just wanted to know if there's any possibility of truth in all these.
