As for the yellow card you’ll need it’s a prerequisite but with 1k you can get it at the airport.

Don’t try to book a month to save yourself from stress and avoidable wahala, should Incase you have booked 1 month tickets you need to approach your airline at their office when you enter uae for (TICKETS OPENING) it’s 300aed I guess subject to changes , this will enable you used the same tickets when you are departing for another dates. Please follow up with that ticket opening or else you will required to book another one way ticket when existing .

Dubai int airport DXB is the most used by Airlines unless you want to fly to Sheik al maktoum int airport which I won’t advise you, search for DXB and you will be fine. Documents needed are what you listed

NO NO ,,it's not required for tourist visa I repeat,the main reason for ok to board is because you purchase one way ticket and they want to confirmed if throughly is an employment visa that why they always insist on confirm ok to board from uae airline office and those office confirm the visa here from labour if throughly is geniue and they contact company aswel to be sure the person coming for working ,,for tourist visa you purchase 2 way tickets already, ,any airline officer that required from you ok to board from you on tourist simply do that because you ar first timer travel so is there habit in naija looking for ways to collect money from you. atleast in a month 1 or 2 people's do come in from me wth a tourist visa so theirs no such disturbance after I will ve orientation them

Ok to board is required on both Visa either visit or employment Visa, depending on airline and naija factors, Some airlines doesn't require but Nigeria immigrations will find a way to milk you for that and before you knew it you missed your flight, so to be on a safe side please obtain it .
