I have been trying to create my express entry profile for over a month. Every time I try, it’s either the system is down or it redirects. Does anybody know how to bypass this, is there a peak period to create a profile?

I recently sent my B.Sc transcript for evaluation through my institution to WES, and my report just got completed.

I just want to clarify if I should have sent my certificate as well, or if I'd be needing it at any point because I did not upload it at all.Thanks.

My transcript has been sent to WES by my academic institution, but I got a notification today that my document is awaiting verification by my institution. Please does any one know something about this?
