hello, I use BlackBerry z3 and I've tried updating it too but it always says "update interrupted". I've tried it like 6 different times but it doesn't work, so I've decided to give up. apart from the problems you're having from the update, isn't there any positive features of the update?

Just double click and connect your device
It runs when done it exits

To tell you the truth I dont know anything about autoloaders and the rest,please I will need a full explanation on how to go about the whole process,d backup of d radio file and the installation of the new one because I am a novice in all issues like this. NB get a backup of your current radio file first
So if anything goes wrong you load it back

How do I go about doing that?

Since I updated my OS to the latest 10.3.2.2474 I have been having issues with my Z3, the phone gets hot whenever I switch on Data whether i browse or not,my battery drains faster,the battery doesnt last for more than few hours. It wasnt like this before the upgrade. Gurs in the house please advice on what to do.N.B I updated it OTA.
