I must commend the work being done here. It's really helpful to young people venturing into importation. I do seem to have a problem of my own now though.
I ordered some goods on aliexpress about a month ago. I haven't been able to track the parcel. It says 'China post has not received parcel RG.....' I've sent messages to the seller and he keeps telling me it will be updated soon. I have about 30 days of protection left. should I open dispute or keep waiting? Thanks.

Hello, tell d seller if he doesn't find a solution to the problem,u will open dispute and leave a negative feedback. A month is too long.

as it is becoming too frequent, it is important to ask a seller his shipping method before making a purchase or if you do not care about that much you can just place your order. to save time you can leave a message in your order telling him that "if he ships with any other shipping method that is not his stated one you will leave him a very negative feedback." i believe with such he will do the right thing. i wish you success

Don't worry,u will get it, I once got 1 of mine like 1 month after reaching lagos. So chin up bro!

yes it is true. yanwen shipping updates ends at lagos. such shipping companies are not worth it. always warn sellers not to ship true them.

But some of d sellers disguise d shipping method as china post.

Bro no cause for alarm, d seller used yanwen logistics instead of china or hk post to send d goods,4rm my own experience,it take like 2 weeks or more after u track it to lagos that u get a call from d post office.I once asked a PO official and he told me d tracking numba is not trackable 4rm dia end. U will get ur parcel sha. BTW I so much dislike d shipping method.
