Look at the Business Side of things: Iran brought only 1,000 fans to Russia. Nigeria brought 800 fans , many of them broke, thieving, drug pushers and most probably 411 scammers.

Now if Nigeria were to kick out Argentina, 67,500 high spending guys would leave, and 800 broke potentially fatal criminal elements guys remain.
