The rich ask themselves empowering questions while the others ask themselves disempowering questions. The question you ask determines the answer you get, and it also determines what part of you is triggered. If you think or believe you can or you think or believe you cannot, you are right because it is what you think or believe that matters. Disempowering questions closes the door of creativity and innovation while empowering questions opens the door of possibilities. Empowering questions like *how* can I do it? *Where* do I search for the answers that I need? *What* can I do differently everyday to push myself close to goal ? *Who* should I associate with so that I can become a better person etc ? *You have the power to create the world you want to see!👀*💪🏼 *ACT NOW!*✍🏽 |
Six Leadership Principles that we can learn from an Eagles 1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes. They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds. MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company. 2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it. MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed. 3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey. MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past. 4. Eagles Love the Storm. When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree. MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably. 5. Eagles Prepare for Training; They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest./ MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there. 6. When the Eagle Grows Old, His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before. MEANING; We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of. |

I don't want to be the person that will break this bad news to you but this is the reality of this present economy. You can hear for yourself. This country is in a deep mess, no need to sugar coat or hide the reality facing us now but to think that the country will have to wait for the next 15 to 20 years before coming out of this mess is really heartbreaking. It is now a case of survival of the fittest. Are you going to take your online business serious now? so as to keep your family afloat or you still intend to jump from one ponzi scheme to another? A word is enough for the wise |

During a press briefing/seminar in Enugu on Global Handwashing Day, organized by UNICEF and the Broadcasting Corporation of Abia, Mrs. Rebecca Gabriel, UNICEF Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Specialist, expressed concern over the widespread contamination and its impact on public health. She emphasized that handwashing with soap and running water is essential to preventing diseases. |
This kind of mindset is a solution-focused one, and that is what we need to survive the markets and the challenging economy. We dont need to allow the economy control our emotions. Yes, it’s tough. But if we can start our mornings by focusing on the positives, we are setting ourselves up for a better day, no matter what’s happening around us. So, I challenge you this morning as you are reading this, Dont start your day thinking about the struggles, take a moment to focus on something good. It can be small or big but just let it be positive. I love You. |
Starting your day with this mindset is powerful. It sets you up to face whatever comes your way with more strength and positivity. What matters so much to me now is the way I start my day which influences how the rest of it will unfolds. If I start with thoughts of "Ah, this economy is too hard, business is tough and nothing is working," I will carry that energy with me. But if I wake up this morning and think, “I have been through tough times before and I am still standing. Today, I am going to make progress,” |
Trust me bro, focusing on the negative won’t change your situation. It will only make it harder to deal with. What we need to do, especially in these challenging times, is make it a habit to start our day with the positives. Yes, I know there is a lot going on, but let’s try something different. Instead of stressing over what’s wrong, let’s think about what’s going right. When was the last time you started your day by appreciating your achievements, your goals, or even the little things you are grateful for? |
But let’s be honest, starting the day like this just sets a bad tone for everything that follows. It’s like waking up and choosing to have a rough day before it even begins. You see eeh, I have adviced myself that positive thinking matters now ooh, I know some might say, "How can we think positive with all this economic hardship?" |
With the way the Nigerian economy is behaving, many of us have gotten into the habit of starting the day by focusing on the negatives and the struggles. We wake up and our minds immediately jump to different problems, our high bills, the fuel and transport wahala, the stress at work, and everything that could possibly go wrong. |

The Only Way To Multiply Your Income is To Sell Do you agree with me that the only way to multiply your income is to start selling? Let's take a look at some of the richest men on the planet In Africa, we have the likes of Aliko Dangote, Alakija, Otedola, Mike Adenuga All these people are selling one thing or the other Take a look at Dangote, he sells sugar for as low as #50.00 But for the fact that he has a list of an audience he sells to That alone makes him millions of Naira Take a look at Adenuga, he's into telecommunications He sells sims and recharge cards to people Let's take a look at our footballers out there like Messi, Ronaldo and the likes These guys are selling their skills to earn millions of dollars and pounds Just take a look at the richest man or woman in your neighborhood or your family You would see they are selling one thing or the other All you need to do if you want to gain financial freedom is to learn the Art of Selling When I say Financial freedom, it is to be able to do what you desire at your will For example, go on vacation with your family to the nicest place Buy yourself exotic cars. go to exotic places to have fun Travel to another country just to watch a football match Sleep and wake at your own time These are the kind of things you would achieved when you have financial freedom' You don't have anybody to boss you around Now, the challenge is you don't have enough capital like Dangote to establish yourself and start selling But the world is a digital world now whereby you don't need to own a store or office to start selling 26 Millions Nigerians on Facebook, you can leverage on and start selling to You can set up an online business with little capital as low as 20k and start your business Then you expand That is Art of selling That is what I do and that's what I teach people to do Ask yourself, what have I done to improve myself financially this year? Am I still in the same position as I was ? Whats your plan for the year 2025? Do you still want to remain the same? You need to start doing something to improve your financial status Rooting for you |

Sorry |
No matter what you say or do, some will love you and some will hate you, mostly for no specific reason. Others will give you a benefit of the doubt until you prove them right or wrong. Rest assured, still, an overwhelming majority of humans on earth don't know you and cannot possibly care about you or what you do. Don't limit yourself to fit into what you think everyone thinks about you. Don't limit yourself for acceptance. That which you believe is right, say it and do it. Damn the consequences. That which you legitimately desire, pursue it. Damn the consequences. It is worrisome how some keep quiet or lay low for the fear of "who will marry me". Man, woman, go after your dreams! You'll find your woman or man while at it. Don't shrink yourself. And, even if you don't, you'll be more fulfilled than one who chose a low life only to end up single / married and depressed. - Max |
*How do you sell without selling?* It's simple, "Position yourself as a teacher and not a seller" Educate your audience for free Write daily contents for them Create ebooks for them Record audios and videos for them Give them premium value for free When they see how committed you are in teaching them for free, They'll begin to imagine your level of commitment when they pay you to teach them And here's the truth…. People buy from experts who will be dedicated to using the product to solve their problems In conclusion: Normalise the art of selling without selling #victorymarkson |
