There's no way to fix that yet, you can just keep it till Innjoo mobilize her Customer Experience Centre in Nigeria.

EnitZzee: YOU DUMB BASTARD.. DO I LOOK BLIND TO YOU I SAID I CAN'T FIND INFINIX ZERO ON INFINIXMOBILITY.COM SMARTPHONES CATALOG. EVEN THOUGH ZERO SERIES IS THERE: NOTHING IS DISPLAYING! AND DON'T QUOTE ME IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME So u did see the zero tab? Don't insult me, if you don't want to be quoted, stay offline kiddo. |
Phones › Re: Infinix zero discussion thread! by leTrizzle: 3:59pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
EnitZzee: INFINIX COMPANY, THEY ARE MAD... THEY MADE ZERO SO HOT AND FAULTY. THE THING I HATE MOST IS THE HOTNESS. THE HOTNESS OF THE PHONE CAN EVEN BOIL A CUP OF WATER IN 5 MINUTES AND I AIN'T EVEN EXAGGERATING. THE REASON I BOUGHT THE PHONE WAS BECAUSE OF THE DESIGN EVEN THOUGH I SAW PEOPLE SAYING THE PHONE GETS HOT EASILY, I WASN'T CONVINCED. I JUST VISITED INFINIXMOBILITY.COM BUT I DIDN'T SEE ZERO ON THEIR SMARTPHONES CATALOG I guess u didn't see the zero series. SMH,y try so hard to discredit a coy trying to make sleek Android mobiles affordable? |

Holluwadales: Konga uses DHL for far delivery and its charged 1,000 or the konga dispatch and this konga dispatch will only call you when you order to confirm your order and the day they are coming to know if you still want wat you ordered for. Send mail or call the customer care for more Placed two diff orders, didn't receive any call, got an sms instead. They didn't bother verifying if I placed the order in the first place. Jumia to me seems to have better CS. |
