Well i would say ...Yes and No. Yes, if its a good result though 2:2 because i have seen someone who had 2:2 doing masters on scholarship here. I also have heard that they reject some. It all depends on the strength of the 2:2 and secondly on the available slots remaining.
In my opinion i would advice you throw in your application with or without 2:1

Pls Mr suaavecool, am a 2.2 graduate of electronics engineering from the university of Nigeria, nsukka. I had very good grades in my 3rd,4th and final year in university. Can I get a scholarship for masters with 2.2 degree in any electrical/electronic engineering discipline in China?... Pls I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.

Lol...If you read the previous treads, I believe you will see answers to your first question regarding my school and course. As for study plan/proposal, i think your our point of views would differ.

Visit the other thread Nairaland German visa enquiries, then read up. For a start, most schools do not accept waec alone, a first year transcript or an HND would do. There is also the popular option of studentkollege, and other options as well. For more information, visit that thread.

goto the university website and check their admission requirements and if you meet the requirements, then apply (endeavour to apply to as many schools as possible ).

when you get your admission, go to the embassy and open a German block account, then fund the account with €8000.

Book an interview date with the embassy via their website, after the interview, the visa processing takes about 3weeks ,they will mail you whenever your visa is ready.

If your visa is approved.... you have gat one foot in Germany..
