It's not true because I found satisfaction in taking cold & chilled water wen I was pregnant but till now my baby hasn't developed any form of catar as they said. However moderation is the key. Save delivery

..... My baby poops lik 2 - 3 times at night before daybreak but may poo like once or twice during the day. I am exclusively breastfeeding. She'll be a month old by Saturday - Pls is this normal?

How long should one wait before trying to conceive again after a c section?
I'm asking because I've waited 8 yrs b4 having this precious baby so I REALLY dont want anything that'll cause delay (TTC) again.
And what are the chances of having a VBirth after a c section?
Pls Sabi Mama's help your girl out. L4t me be planning for the future.

Mamas the plaster for the CS has been removed but I forgot to ask if I can start bathing now & if the surgery area needs to be clean with spirit. Pls do I need to clean with spirit & bath too? Thns

Ijo ope wa da, ijo ope wa reeee. I am super excited to welcome us all to the month of April, the last month preceding May. Despite the ups and downs we have all encountered since January, our God has been faithful.

Countdown has already begin from my end as I have 4 weeks and some days to go. Hospital bag has been packed and nesting is ongoing. I pray God will provide for us all in Jesus name. Let the countdown begins.

That's what you should have said. When I was living at barika(UI second gate) I uses Adeoyo maternity center. I like there service, so many specialist to attend to you. Apart from the attitude of some of the nurses, and they can stress you for their payment and reciept, I really love there.

Now, I live at Moniya, and I uses As-salaam Hsp, they're trying too.

You can also try Oyomesi at Orogun, they're good there too with good facilities
