I can't believe I'm in this situation, I forgot my uniben username now I can't login into my account. tried using the old putme details to see if I will get the popup screen displaying my username and password but it was showing Invalid login credentials. I requested for a password change of my putme details and I got a new one but still showing the same thing...please anybody have any idea on what I should do??

Uniben Online And Physical Clearance Update !!!: Good Morning Freshers, I want to use this medium to address recent developments concerning the 2014/2015 clearance. 1. Your Student record has been created. Logon to uniben.edu and click on Waeup Portal, next login with your old password and username, i.e the one containing "putme bla bla bla". Once logged in, you should get an info like this one here : 2. When Logged in into the new account, You can now download your Admission Letter. 3. Information reaching us that the clearance is to begin on the 15th of this month by some folks who claimed they saw it on ITV news, I wish i was tuned in then, blame my sisters watching Africa Magic. I want to still drop some mini info on how to go about this. If you were to begin your clearance, you are to click on my data, then clearance data, you should see an image as this : If you click on "Start Clearance", you would be required to provide your “Clearance Activation Code” which you probably do not have now because the clearance hasnt kicked off and you are yet to pay your acceptance fee. 4. Note: If the Clearance is to kick off, it will be the online clearance, because I see some students already lamenting how they are going to travel down to benin during the xmas period. I believe the physical clearance is to begin next year january which will require your presence. 5. Free Temporary Hostel Accomodation will be provided for you by the school at the various halls of residence in the school, so you do not have to worry where to keep your luggage once you arrive. 6. Let me clear you guys on something especially those that have spellings,name correction errors and all that. I will urge you get to the clearance officials first before doing anything... They are best to give you an advice on what to do depending on your issues. If at all there is any big issue it can be rectified by going to the auditorium. 7. I will again advice you come to the school premises to meet experts, fellowships, cafe owners within school to help with your online clearance as doing this in a random cafe anywhere in the country might lead to error in your clearance form i.e if the deadline exceeds this year.
