Well, they should still be tested before allowing them into the country...if possible, give them a 14 days isolation period before letting them loose |

Adex2442: Do you guys actually reason the nonsense that cooks up inside your brain before typing it? What do you mean by We are doomed? did the virus wiped out everyone in China? Virus that 80% affected are mild cases whom might not even need hospital care except those with severe and critical condition (mostly common within old people and people with pre-existing disease. Check Italy statistics and you'll see that more than 80% of the current death had 2-3 existing health issues. I wonder why some people living in the 21st century yet thinks like primitive people. Don't just come and type rubbish based on figures you see....look to see what caused the figures. Nigeria might not have done large scale testing which is bad but I still don't criticize them for that. Situationism allow them to prioritize those who have been in affected areas and those who has come in contact first. Even if thousands and millions of people already have the virus, its mild cases which means they can recover from home with good immune system and rest, guess that's where the sit at home is important so as to curb the spread. Even developed countries advice their mild cases to isolate themselves, make sure to take lots of fluids and rest. Only severe and critical cases needs medical support. You guys should stop making it look like a death sentence 1 Like |
Health / Re: Lagos Converts Onikan Stadium To Coronavirus Isolation Centre by Lexoma(m): 11:04am On Mar 27, 2020 |
This is a welcome development but in my case I feel the stadium is located in residential areas. Since covid-19 can be air borne due to sneezing, it would have been better if it was located outside residential areas. Fortunately, all 36 states and FCT has an already established infrastructure that could be used. All NYSC orientation camps which most of them are located outside residential areas is to me, the best option for isolation centres. Very few works needs to be done as the centres already have more than 60% needed equipment. We all know that 3 weeks orientation camp is not a topic for now. When all is settled, the camps can be disinfected for re-use again |

Well, I have come to realize that Nigerians are worse than their government. If government had closed border and halted flights, some professors here will still talk. They do you will complain, they don't and you'll still complain. 1 Like |

I wonder why we haven't careful compare the effect of smoking and covid-19 then look at the countries reporting death rate and their smoking habits. Covid-19 and Smoking effect are very similar, from sneezing, coughing, respiratory failure, pneumonia and others. You die of Covid19 means your lungs and immune system are already damaged due to pre-existing health issues. Covid19 only act as a catalyst to speed your way to Hell or Heaven So you guys should stop spreading Apocalypse 2 Likes |
Health / Re: Coronavirus: Confirmed Cases In Nigeria Is 30, 3 New Cases In Lagos by Lexoma(m): 10:13am On Mar 23, 2020 |
The problem I have with coronavirus is not the virus itself but with stupid Nigerians and our media who makes it looks like CORONAVIRUS isgoing to be a DOOMSDAY for Nigeria and the world at large. Malaria kills hundreds of thousands monthly yet nobody is talking SOME FOOLS WILL STILL COME AND SAY THERE IS VACCINE, THEN WHY IS MALARIA STILL KILLING SUCH HUGE NUMBERS? For those thinking it's the end of Nigeria, so shall it be for them. At least the Nigerian population will reduce and WE the strong will enjoy the remaining fund our politicians will decide to release to us after looting. Covid-19 is not an automatic death sentence, so you guys should stop spreading DOOMSDAY. For those Cowards that thinks Nigeria is finish because other developed countries health system are finding it difficult to manage the virus, it's just so sad because you don't fucking know immune system also play a major role in managing a virus. Slight headaches that can easily kill a white man does not have much effect on a black man. These guys smokes and drinks alot due to their climate and if you think drinking and smoking does not affect the immune system, then the virus needs to kill you to rid us of idiots like you Well, the professors, doctors, the socrates and Platos can come and say rubbish, I don't care |
