Some will call it damage control now. This is a family matter please. Let's not politicize everything we see or hear. It can really have a lasting impact on the affected individuals/family
when did allegation of murder become a family matter?
Bluntemperor: Nigerian Bloggers,I beg, make Una leave this Governor alone,na! Make una gives the man rest of mind and let the dead wife Rest In Peace( RIP).
is it bloggers that said he killed his wife or his daughter?
flokii: The losers that claimed the coastal road was a scheme to embezzle money won't be happy.. they have entered covenant with stagnation, never to move forward in life, just like the case in Anambra under their fake messiah. Kudos to PBAT for doing this one... Atiku should forget any support from SW and SS. Coastal highway is a goal.
I am wondering, how does anambra come into this discussion?
so what exactly is the benefit of this road to SS?
are there no existing roads in the SS?
what is the state of those roads?
how will this road make people of SS and SW not to vote for Atiku?
kowriesng: Do you know, you low minded guys that government would have made back the loan of the road before completion.
It's like Real Estate .
Anything next to Coast is Blood money. You put a small tree house near the coast is easy half a million dollar. Do you know that international hospitality like Accor would be mapping out Restort center or the Next Sofitel already somewhere in. OGUN next to the ocean. If you have lack of knowledge go and do research.
is it the federal government that will sell land to all the resort centres that want to build near the road?
what is the state of the existing roads within the lagos calabar corridor?
Adewale1603: These f00ls are still concerned about 2027 general election. They are not bothered with the present situation and condition of the country. By the time everything scattered and destroyed, everyone kpai, let's see who they will be rulling over as leaders
unfortunately, the press is at the fore front of whipping up the embers of 2027 instead of putting the focus on the state of nigeria
Look at that old senator that married Regina Danniel in fact a man of 60 plus can easily marry 20 - 25 years old lady as long as he can take care of her financial needs.
the men that run away from women that are 30 plus, how old are they?
yinkeys: Looks like people close to her aren’t even telling her the brutal truth So she can’t help someone level up through her old man ? Lol she go tey Guys already made may not want her, maybe she’s looking for those dudes with ultra high status She’s not as attractive as her sister that’s with Eazi Let’s not even talk about character because we don’t know her The smart thing she did was to lose weight, she used to be bigger That ego will still diminish as the clock ticks Tbh marriage isn’t for everyone, better to be single than rushed into mistakes
is it attractiveness that will make her get married?
MoneyMan5: The main problem if you are still unmarried at the age of 30 plus as a woman is so many men will just be running away from you once they find out you are already over 30 plus even if your behavior and conduct is good, many will just assume you have a problem because you are still unmarried at 30 plus.
So if a woman is really interested in marriage the clock is ticking tick tock and 20 plus is where all the options lays, it is still possible after 30 plus but the odd is moderate and continue to get low unless you are ready to settle for whatever you can get as the time goes.
the men that run away from women that are 30 plus, how old are they?
obailala: A woman of her status doesnt just need 'any' kind of man. The man has to be at a certain independent financial level, else there'd be an imbalance which could rock the foundation of the relationship.
all the men she has been meeting, are they paupers?
JASONjnr: How long do you think the internal generated funds can take Nigeria?
Will you be fine if the government atop subsidizing everything to be able to focus the money generated on development and public finance reforms?
Will.you be fine with tax increase?
if internally generated funds are accounted for and properly managed, why will they not take nigeria far?
Tinubu, shettima, federal legislators, state governors, state legislators, tinubus ministers like Wike, senior military and security chiefs all enjoy free feeding at home and abroad, free transportation at home and abroad, free fuel, free security at home and abroad, free phone calls at home and abroad, free accommodation at home and abroad, free medicare at home and abroad, free electricity at home and abroad, free clothing at home and abroad, free newspapers, free internet at home and abroad, free dstv for themselves and their families.
what is government presently subsidizing for nigerians?
what and what are the citizens of nigeria gaining from this government?
babyboy4every1: Stop asking foolish question. Be matured man. Even a madman knew russia is engaged with nato and not Ukraine. Did Ukraine has yhe capabilities? A country begging for arms every now and then is what you take serious to fight russia
since you are mature and not foolish, I am surprised that you resorted to spilling your emotions instead of answering a simple harmless question that was not even directed at you in the first place.
Ttalk: Today I see one Obidient who is objective and didn't allow ethnic interest to cloud his memory.
Some of us who support Tinubu still criticize some of his actions but we do so with sincerity of heart and not because our candidate lost an election.
Personally I expect Tinubu administration to have put a mechanism in place to monitor the spending of increased revenue to the state. Many of these governors simply pay salaries and the use the balance to buy dollar, that's the reason why naira has not appreciated despite the fact that Nigeria no longer buy imported fuel with scarce dollar.
The second area am not pleased with the administration is the continual attempt to tolerate the inefficiency of the disco, I expect the government to have revoked license of many of the discos who have performed abysmally to serve as a deterrent to other, Nigerians should not be made to suffer inefficiency of a private company.
In general, this is a government that have embarked on a necessary reform in Nigeria since I was born
which Tinubu administration are you expecting to have put a mechanism in place to monitor the spending of increased revenue to the state?
has tinubu shown accountability himself in managing the finances of nigeria despite being an accountant?
what makes you think tinubu gave governors more money because he cares about the development of states?
i thought Binance was responsible for the depreciation of the naira. how come you are now blaming the governors?
what are the necessary reforms that you say this government has embarked on?
pimplucious: Removing fuel subsidy is one thing, the political will to remain resolute is another, Jonathan lack the political will. He could have remained resolute just like Tinubu even if heaven will fall.
No gut, no glory Jonathan lacked the will to stand his ground.
what benefit accrues to nigeria and nigerians by removing fuel subsidy?
Obaaderemi2: Our stock exchange has never had it so good in recent years. If people don't trust the economy would they invest in it? These are the kind of things that helps a country's future. Not the lies we lived under the PDP and buhari. These policies are good. Everything will balance out but we need to start somewhere.
how has the status of the stock exchange and the "good policies" improved the living standard of nigerians?
are nigerians now better off because of stock exchange and tinubus policies?
how has tinubu used his policies and stock exchange to successfully tackle corruption, nepotism, cronyism, hunger, unemployment, hardship, poverty, inflation, wasteful government spending, budget padding, insecurity, bad governance, failing public infrastructure, poor medial services and falling standard of education?
If those who matters are praising president Tinubu's for the reforms and policies, why should we take the opinions of those who might not even be relevant politically in their family seriously
who are those that matter that are praising the tinubu "for the reforms and policies"?
are they the people of the federal republic of nigeria as enshrined in the constitution?
if tinubu is being praised "for the reforms and policies", how come tinubu and even the ass licker that wrote the article have acknowledged that "the reforms and policies" are causing hardship?
do you praise someone for causinghardship?
May 1, 2025
May Day: Hunger, unemployment, insecurity real— Tinubu
According to him: “The theme demands our collective attention and serves as a stark reminder of the need to create an environment where every worker feels safe, valued, and empowered to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our nation. As your President, I assure you that this administration is committed to creating such an environment for the common good.”
On the economic hardship, he noted that while it is a global phenomenon, its effects on Nigerians are particularly severe.
Tinubu said: “I am aware of the peculiarities of the economic hardship Nigerians face—rising living costs, hunger, insecurity, unemployment, and the loss of livelihoods. These challenges are real and demand definitive solutions, which I am poised to address as your President.
He achieved HIS goals not your goals He's not the failure, you are
Cos I prefer tinubu to obi
if he didn't make noise he is not deceiving me I detest ppl that try to deceive me and won't keep quiet when I clearly don't believe them
1. is obi the only politician that gets votes?
2. is obi presently occupying any public office as a result of the votes he gets?
3. if you say tinubu never said he will do anything and you are not expecting anything from him, then why is he occupying the office of president?
4. are you saying that he has failed and he will end up being a failure in office?
5. what is the purpose of the office of president of nigeria?
6. I didnt ask you who you prefer or dont prefer. I asked instead focusing on obi who does not presently hold public office, why don't you focus on tinubu who presently holds a public office and is accountable to every nigerian?
7. I didnt ask you whether tinubu made noise or not or whether he is deceiving you.
I asked you since tinubu is not a gbajue master, how has he successfully tackled corruption, nepotism, cronyism, hunger, unemployment, hardship, poverty, inflation, wasteful government spending, budget padding, insecurity, bad governance, failing public infrastructure, poor medial services and falling standard of education?
CyberWolf: Clubs must not break a bank for a player but must be ready to spend money where necessary to upgrade their team. Take PSG as a case study, they’ve been breaking banks for single plays like Neymar and the rest but was not able to achieve their key objective which is winning UCL. But immediately those high players left and they focused on recruiting low profile, highly skilled players with low cost, the rest is history. Players like Kvarskhelia, Vitinha, Diaz, Neves, D. Doue, etc are decent players that they don’t need to break bank unlike when they signed Neymar, Messi, etc.
I didnt ask whether they must break the bank or not.
my question is in response to your highlighted comment below
CyberWolf: That’s why clubs shouldn’t build their team around a player. With funds, there are decent players out there with low cost that will give you what you want. Just get a good and humble coach and be ready to spend the money when it’s necessary.
why does this always have to come up as the criteria for winning in football?
Cromagnon: Link bridge Toll road Mma local wing concessionaire Rrs police Truck pushers (waste mgt) Brt Ikeja power(obj didn't allow the enron deal) Notice how all is private sector enabling
Now mention obi You won't
that is wonderful.
now that tinubu occupies the office of president of nigeria, how has he used that office to successfully tackle corruption, nepotism, cronyism, hunger, unemployment, hardship, poverty, inflation, wasteful government spending, budget padding, insecurity, bad governance, failing public infrastructure, poor medial services and falling standard of education?
