That was why the President came hard on him yesterday. The father of the state is not just there to pray and collect money and blame FG and his godfather for state problems. That is the food basket of the nation for God's sake. If his head was working properly, a tuber of yam should not be as expensive as it currently is. His state is going comatose and he is busy trading blame. And you want to politicise it by force by fire. What are your solutions if i may ask?

The first military deployment in Nigerian history was to Benue State due to a communal clash.

Every president since 1999 has had to deal with insecurities in Benue, with all the small ethnic groups there, from Tiv to Jukum, always at each other's throats.

This is Obasanjo in 2003 dealing with the same Benue issue. I guess it was also herdsmen in the form of Jukum vs. Tiv too.
