That's d problem we have here. They are a public entity,so i have a right to question d service rendered.if you are representing them,then you are doing a poor job. Infact it is supposed to be the bookies hustling for your registration. Abi,you don win millions from them? You pay the bookies more than you take from them 99% of the time.

Now that the issue has been resolved and the link sent, did i have to call them to do the right thing? If you don't know your right as a consumer of service, I do know mine because I work in a customer centric organization as well.

Are we begging to be customers? I'm just curious because this is not the fifth betting account I'm opening and I have never called any agent in opening an account.

A process like account opening is supposed to be a seamless one and when you make it cumbersome, it becomes a turn-off for some folks like me especially when you are in a very competitive and customers centric market.

Furthermore, if I start calling customer care for a process like account opening, what happens if I make a huge payout? Visit their office?

you cannot expect payment by end of week. uber pays partners on tues/wed. that is also when uber pays drivers their bonuses. if you ask a driver to pay you at the end of the week and then you also get paid his bonuses, you are shortchanging, aka, cheating the driver.
