It's another day if he said he'd rather stick to Bayindir for now despite the error than to say he will keep playing Bayindir even if he makes error leading to goal every game

Onana has made way more errors— mainly because he’s played more games obviously. But you can argue that Bayindir hasn’t made the kinds of stvpid errors Onana has made and that the mistakes Bayindir has made, Onana comfortably has them in his arsenal as well.

The goal Arsenal scored against Bayindir last weekend is a replica of Tottenham against him last season. But Onana immediately showed that he can make that same mistake a few months later vs Wolves via a Cunha corner.

The truth is Onana is ideally not the kind of goalkeeper we want. I’m fact, he may not be far ahead of Bayindir sef. And until the latter plays consistently, we won’t know if he can displace uncle ball playing GK.

Same way Palmer was never part of the City's main squad. He was a sub. It's why they sold him for so low even in hindsight. He joined us and he's now arguably the best AM in the league. Oscar Bob has never been a main part of City’s squad. He has never had to deliver week in week out. Today was his second EPL start since opening day of last season, I think.

I understand City’s sentiment. It’d be like throwing him into the deep end. With Savinho, the workload can be shared at least.
