If this statement is true I think INEC should first of all quit the part ADP cause this is arrant nonsense from a party that wants to rule Nigeria...It’s civic right but I can choose to participate in the election and I can’t be forced or compelled. Some parties shouldn’t have been created at all. The said party chairman even said the supporters should marry more wives...It’s over !!! |
ybalogs:Pls tell them o...They are mortgaging our future and the future of our unborn kids |

Bitterleafsoup:And to think of it...these stupid politicians don’t have any known occupation before finding their way to the corridor of power. Example what was Dino Meleye known for? We masses are our own problem. Someone that couldn’t afford more than living in a rented apartment and all of a sudden starts buying luxury cars and houses. We are not asking the right questions and we are not picking our fight. We only have one common enemy ‘The Elites’ |
*WORDS ON THE MARBLE* Only in Nigeria will thieves be re-grouping to LOOT again and youths whose future will be stolen will be celebrating it..... - WOLE SOYINKA Seems Nigerian Youths are being jinx just the way they told our fathers... telling them they were the leaders of tomorrow and yet that tomorrow never came. How do you explain the fighting and lambasting one another online all in the name of one stupid leader that doesn’t care if you ever ate at least one meal in a day... #ourmumudondo |
Bitterleafsoup:We need to start asking the right questions than fighting ourselves on social media. The elites don’t mean well for us! We are like ponds in their hand. How I wish Tuface did not back out of the protest that time ...maybe just maybe things would have changed... We need the enthusiasm of that magnitude to make the very change we want...Not APC kind of change! Cause as far as I’m concerned PDP is APC and APC is PDP... All of them na thief...but one is a bigger thief! |
Stupidity of the highest order. If only our youths will get sense Nigeria would have moved forward. What this Nation needs is revolution not some old fools decamping here and there... leaders with no ideology. What examples are they leaving for the youths... I’m given up on Nigeria till the youths catch sense cause wether progressive or the power people they mean no well for the masses |
Buhari is the problem of his own government...there is no appraisal whatsoever anywhere. The ministers I believe just do as they wish, no checks and balancing if they are doing the right thing or not. To this end all the ministers have performed below expectation. |
Afamed:Obasanjo thinks he can always fool us...we don wise. He could only fool our fathers not us. Someone that cannot even put his own house in order now wants the whole nation to always follow him. Abi no be under e nose e pikin marriage hit the rock♂️♂️♂️ |
Obasanjo keeps blaming everybody but himself...Today he holds the record of longest serving Nigerian leader... If there is anyone to be blamed he should start with himself. Him and his generation failed Nigeria woefully. If he forgot the nation did not ‘Operation Feed The Nation’. I am not partisan but enough of someone wanting to claim to be the only righteous leader in our land. If there is any leader that failed us as a nation, Obasanjo holds that record after serving as Military Head of State and coming back as a civilian president for 8 years. If only he has the love of the nation at heart he would have done half of what Madella did he South Africa. That brings another argument...If only our youths will understand that all these elites don’t mean well for the masses. Na Government of we we! Chop make I chop! |
Navalguy:Eleka the governor elect on nairaland...Fayemi the governor elect of Ekitiland |
If this is what the order is all about, why is the National Assembly against it? I smell rat....Indeed corruption fighting back. |
What is news in going from one class to the other? |
If the court now nullifies the election or selection and the position becomes vacant which they RAPC can fill up....Does that make the process valid since theirs too won’t be an election and will their filling up the vacant position conform to the Nigerian constitution? Some politicians are afraid of their popularity... Politics they say is a game of number... Why didn’t they present a candidate during the election than allowing the eventual winner run unopposed. A similar senerio is playing out in America in Indiana where an unpopular candidate (Pro Nazi) won the primaries of the Republican...Instead of the party going to court to ask for frivolous prayers... the party is considering sponsoring an independent candidate or telling their members to vote for the Democrats instead of voting in the pro Nazi candidate....That is democracy and the politicians there are making politics work for the benefit of the larger society. They knew it was their fault not to have stopped the candidate at the primaries... they didn’t then go to court to do the job they ought to have done by over loading the work load of the court... I wish our politicians will learn to play politics of the brain than the yeye one we see everyday... Jumping from piller to pole. If you believe in an ideology stick with it and make it work out . |
mespusinglez:When you study as at when due...you won’t bother of failing any course. Like a friend of mine used to say back then in school ‘ some of us cannot have carry over, it is a matter of B or A’. The secret is in studying everyday not leaving it very late in the semester...when exams are knocking on your dear door. This is the problem of many Nigerian students, they fail to study before exam and only use 2 weeks to exam to read, then and then you are bound for carry over or an E. A word is enough for the wise! |
I remember missing a primary 4 promotional exam cause all roads leading to school was blocked after riot broke out that the election was annulled. As small as I was then I knew there was injustice with that election....cause Mko was well received and loved even among kids then. That was truly the fairest and freest election conducted in Nigeria till today. |
This is educative, informative....I think the younger generations of Nigeria need to do away with regional politics and find a formulae that best suit us ...so as to have a nation of our dream and not make the mistakes the founding fathers of Nigeria made. Enough of ethnic cleansing and name calling on social media. We have no other place we can call home but Nigeria. I stand to be corrected... The problem of a common man is not his fellow common man but the elites among us who are bent on dividing us further along the ethnic and religious line....for what? their gain of course....divide and rule! To this end I call on the youths on this medium enough of fighting one another cause it is to the joy of the elites that we don’t have a united voice. United we can rule Nigeria and divided we shall be their ponds in the game of chess. I belong to one Nigeria....I am not afonja nor Igbo nor arewa! This is a clarion call to the youths... enough is enough our mumu don do. Let’s take back out country! |
