Inec is different from Siec.

Inec REC's work with Inec and they conduct presidential, Govornship,and Senate and house of representatives election. The oga patapata of INEC is nominated by the President

SIEC is state resident electoral commission. They only conduct local government elections and they are nominated by the state Govornor.

No they are not. It is the state REC's that are nominated by the Govornors. The state REC conduct local government elections not INEC

INEC only conducts the Govornship elections and the Presidential elections

INEC RECs are nominated by the Governors of their states.

INEC RECs may not be card carrying members of any political party, but it won't be out of place to say they would have soft spots for politicians who nominated them.
