Nigeria was great and will be great again. |
Anyone who has any inkling of his corrupt practices should petition EFCC, ICPC or any other concerned agency in Nigeria or Dubai or elsewhere or even this public court. |
nairalanda1:Why bribe them when they can also engage in the business themselves, either directly or through proxy. |
Death, the end of all mortals. Everyone should be prepared, it's a debt that must be paid. RIP. |
There should also be age limit for political office holders too We all can play the game |
It wasn't end of the road when he and others deserted the party to join APC in 2014. Whatever problems PDP has now, that move to undermine GEJs chances heralded it, or at best exacerbated it |
The Church better know how to balance their books. This is an open invitation for serious scrutiny, make e no be like money laundering case. |
He may be right in his submissions and jabs at Adebutu. But some things are better left to be said by a proxy. |
This is damaging. |
seunmsg:Consequently, he had made what I considered to be an error of judgment in the process of trying to ease logistics for protesters, leading to an online spectacle that was predictably seized upon by the government as evidence of “politicians funding the protests so as to achieve regime change.” It's hard for them to admit, but this here is a grave misstep from the guy. Perhaps his greed got the better part of him. |
Ribadu too dey dia. The rich marry the rich. Royals marry Royals |
At this juncture, one can not but conclude that this government is arrogant. |
Enjoy! Apart from merry making, festivals like this should be used to launch programmes for the development of the town. Sounds like Idoroko in Ogun State. |
Some men came, saw and conquered. He's a part of the privileged Nigeria catered for. Enjoy your retirement, Ex- CJN. |
What kind of administrator does that? If Amosun could arbitrarily spend N100m on a “useless” project, who knows what else he wastefully expended the money that could have benefited the poor people of Ogun State on? This man embarked on the construction of 20 needless Model Schools across the state at about #1 - 2 Billion per one at a time when the public secondary schools are left in tatters across the state. Despite public outcry, he went ahead and left the schools uncompleted before leaving office. Only 2 out of 20 is put into use as we speak while the others are in various stages of abandonment. Imagine what about #40b in 2017-18 would have done to the public education in Ogun State. Or is it the ego trip of destroying MAPOLY to create a still birth Ogun Poly at Ipokia? The list is endless. It was always about himself and his ego while running roughshod on everyone. What more, he's vindictive and arrogant. Yes, the Chinese company can have him. |
orikoku:The best LG Chairman in Abeokuta South in recent times was late Dare Gbolahan. Guess what? He barely a school cert holder but his records and achievements stand tall. I don't have to tell you what a certain literate Chairman who came from abroad did in the same LG. Dude was impeached and he returned to the abroad, paving the way for another unlettered Chairman who became a rogue and uncontrollable. Good luck to the Premier LG anyways, the electorate should look beyond their certificates. |
...in a shrine |
How many months remain self for their tenure to end? Obaseki should just let this slide. |
Another slump and die? Just this morning, there's a case of Ogun SIEC Chairman who slumped and died. What's really happening. RIP |
Eiya! This death self, this minute one is alive, the next minute, the person is gone. RIP |
Just give us good football to relish like the golden era. No one really cares who the coach is, all we want is good football. |
Another opportunity for him climb the top spot |
This should be curtailed and immediately |
You have already given it to the APC. |
It's hard to believe that the refinery isn't already producing and they're not selling the product as imported. |
Nwanyiogwashi:Pity the hapless citizens of the state small na. Instead, the FG should also confiscate personal properties of all those involved in the mess, especially the former Gov who was bent on erasing his predecessor's achievement. Ogun is already having a chunk of her allocation deducted perhaps for loan servicing taken by these people. |
Tjra:From the personal purse of those involved, especially that vengeful former Gov. Ogun is already having substantial deductions from the monthly allocation. |
If INEC is not conducting LG elections, opposition parties should not waste their resources to contest in elections organised by SIECs. |
When this man reigns as Gov in the state, he listens to no one, so arrogant and vengeful. Look where his politics of bitterness has led the nation to. |
Bob is gone I don't think the 'damage' is reversible |
Even though the headline is suspect. But you see this man, he practiced the most vengeful government known in history of Ogun State. It was as if he had a sole aim to undo whatever and anything done by his predecessor. The power equipment bought by his predecessor for power generation was left to rot away at the Gov office and warehouse. This is the kind of problem you encounter when you're blinded by vengeance and arrogance. |
flokii:It will even be harder for him to pair with Atiku again in 2027, after decimating his chances in 2023. Political sins are hardly forgiven. As for Seyi, he has no clout yet to displace Atiku, except he is fronting and testing waters for some other candidates. Well everything will be clear by late 2026 |
