OAU uses your aggregate score i.e. the average of your UTME & post UTME score. This is what you compare with the cut off mark of your chosen course to know if you stand a chance of gaining admission.

Every year.. Candidates admitted for law are 250-260....but this year candidates in Law 100L are 397, due to this, there will be a decrease in candidates admitted for Law,while the rest are likely be given the new course-Mass Comm.. If it has been approved...

Morning Drs. Should I say I'm lucky to have come by this thread? Well, definately! Although I'm not yet a Dr. By God's grace I will resume in OAU next year to study Medicine as an 100 level undergrad. Some people are asking themselves: "But cut off marks are yet to be released talk more of admission list". I know that my God has done it already. I've been reading this thread and it's really good. I don't mind getting pieces of advice from you all and, most especially, I crave meeting any one who studied/is still studying Medicine in OAU, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. (Some people may not know where OAU is located). God bless you all!

Alright oh. Med. Rehab. is a very good course though. The people told us that they can have their own patients from part 3 which even Medical students cannot. And from that, they can soon start earning a lot & getting to see their own patients become better. And lot more..... *Scratches head to remember the other points*

pls, i did oau p.d and i went 4 medrehab.. I had 75.1%. I wud like 2 kno d job opportunity of medrehab in d labour market..

Point of correction, they have DE applicants. Max. of 25 from PD and the remaining comes from UTME & DE applicants. For example, last year 22 came from PD and they are currently 96 in their department. 4 more people are likely to join them in part 2. Stay blessed.

That ain't for even last year expredites. That cutoff is for 2012/2013 pre-degree set. When the cut-off is out we will be letting you know exclusively. TrustwitOAU

Let them keep deceiving themselves. There is a mix up in the news report... the 3rd highest score is 337 not 377. The utme number of d 2nd highest is not complete (the last 2 letters are missing),utme no of d 3rd highest scorers were not given... OAU will not release the name of top putme candidates without their complete utme reg. no and courses applied for(check past years). #Some of d top four are science students.I reaffirm.
