I got a mail for documentation last week and did it correctly. Only for them to send me another mail for the same documentation yesterday around 2pm with a deadline for submission by 3pm same day...I sha saw the mail around 5pm yesterday and submitted like that

Your absolutely right bro. Chaka frustrated the hell outta me. Even when bosses like oakpearl advised to switch to trading 212 to have a glitch free and commission free trade, I was still struggling with chaka and trove all because I didn't want to spend 26k on international passport. The day chaka did me strong thing was when I bought a volatile penny stock with the aim of selling with 5mins and chaka didn't allow me to access d app for over 30mins...long story short I lost 60dollar that day after I was able to login in and to even sell at a loss they still collected their commission for selling d share. the next day I went to apply for international passport and truth be told, best decision I ever made. No more commission to buy and sell, no goodwill violation, no glitch with the app.

also someone told me Google pay doesn't work in Nigeria. I need answer to this question and the ones above

A practical example of good faith violation, you buy apple shares worth 1000 dollars, after a period, you sell the apple shares and get 1200, immediately ie same day, you buy Tesla with the 1200, and for some reason you decide you don't want Tesla shares, the fintech are saying that you CAN'T sell the Tesla shares immediately untill after 2 days, if you do, that's a violation

In the past that 1200 you got from selling apple shares won't be available for use until after two days, people complained and the fintech solution was to come up with the good faith violation policy.

But to clarify the Penalty after 3 violations, in bamboo, you will be restricted from trading with Unsettled cash for a period of 90days. You can make deposit and trade, wait for the cash to settle and trade

I'll probably sell all my shares when the price looks nice and move to either trove or Bamboo. Can't move to trading 212 cos of lack of intl passport.

Good faith violation is a thing in trading tbh but very apparent in ALL the Nigerian apps. Unfortunately some do not give you a warning or notify you. Kindly withdraw your money, port to Trading212 and enjoy seamless trading

Heard trading 212 requires international passport and I don't have that. Doing international passport is another is money on it own. I'll probably just settle for trove. I just registered this morning on both trove and trading 212.

pls, does anybody know anything about good faith violation in Chaka app?? they said I have committed 3 good faith violation and won't be able to trade for the next 12months. I don't even understand their explanation of what the good faith violation is that I got in my mail. this is really annoying. Apparently I can't use fund that I got from selling a share to immediately buy another company share without waiting for at least 2days for the fund to settle, that I have to deposit new fresh money if I must trade immediately. that if sell a share and use the proceed to immediately buy another company share without waiting 2days, it would means I have committed a good faith violation. I did it about three times. I want to know if this good faith violation thing is also in trove and Bamboo. let me know so I can leave chaka.

after closing hours today, bigcommerce is slated to released their 2nd quarter earnings. Since their initial IPO earlier last month at a price of about 26dollars, it has skyrocketed almost 450%. it could be an awesome swing trade if you can stomach the risk involved. My question to the guys here is that is there still more room for this company to run more in the long-term? Because it's looks extremely overvalued right now considering it's just became listed has a market cap of almost 10B.
