I thank the lord for wat he has done 4 u and i wanna say u are a very appreciating person 4 coming forward to share ur testimonies with others so that many others will have faith in God
He said he will give the Pharoahs for our sake my bro all the pharoahs that are against are dropped this year like its said its a month of BER and guess wat God has Remebered u i only pray that u keep remebering him all the days of ur life

1- can i start from the flat we are developing

2- how many hands do i need

3- will it work considering the fact that the area is fully residential

3- do i rent a place in a commercial area where people can keep their kids and go to work

4- do i wait till the proper structure which is suppose to be 12 classrooms per floor be ready

Well good day to u mam i must confess that u really love the ducational sector to go all the way to masters level and even dreaming of owing a skl i must commend u very much
but to the issue at stake i read maths edu in skl 2005 and one thing i see in owning a skl is the zeal which u already acquire so much then the next step is taking the right decision on the choice of place or on the choice of structure
Well can u start with a flat u are developing the answer depends on how neat and how accesible the flat(location) is becos i dont think people wud want their kids to go to a skl that is located remotely
How many hands u need is not the problem but are they competent are they the right choice this are the questions ui shud ask ur self becos in having a new skl like yours u need devoted personells that are going to work to build u an educational empire.
Fully residential that wud make it work marvelously but it depends on ur rapport with the neighbours if they are nice then u got urself a nice start becos people in nigeria see things diffenrently wen it comes to keeping their wards with people so if they feel they can trust u then u got no problem
Waiting 4 the right building is not the case the case is getting started with something but not just anything like u rightly put u are gonna start with a flat but let it be a very nice one then u got urself a skl
And also u are still gonna need some kind of familiarization of the environment thats telling the people of ur plans and how u intend to keep their wards u shud start by gettig the parents u know then u go out
And also ur fees shud be relatively low atleast for the time being
At least u said u teach in a skl that gives u an edge becos u wud have a direct contact with the parents then u can start by telling them wat ur plans are then u wud know 4 sure how many kids u are gonna start with and wat ur staff wud look like
Also Nigerians love free things why dont u set up a kind of lesson for the kids in ur neighbourhood free of charge that way u wud be grabbing some kids and wen u actually start u wud be on ur way to the top
i hope u take the points that are useful to u and work on them

my brother the thing u ask from us os very hard but to be true with i must confesss that i cant i dont think that i can becos with the wave of girls trying to get girls to believe that there is no way that a guy cann go out with them and not sleep withn them so thats why so many guys are really sleping witha chick before they actually get married but as for me i wud not wait man must get at least one shot or two to register ur name in the book of the girls life

over teh years teh issue of tithe has been a bone of contention someon the side of tithing and others on the side of not tithing
well jesus said he has not come to change the old laws or to ammend them so i see that the old laws shud take their course but one thing that is for sure the issue of tithing is a personal thing i do pay but not regularly becos the way its beeen conducted this days makes one wonder if the pastors are after teh money or they are after the word of god if they are after the money then te bible says in the book of 2nd thessasonia that if any would not work then let him not eat so they shud decease from tithing money its meant for gods work on earth
