Wike and his faction should know that Rivers state budget has been passed and there's nothing they can do about it.

Fubara should put Wike and his group where they belong. Enough of all these stumbling blocks to Rivers progress.

Meanwhile.....let's thank Mrs. Mary Odili for helping Fubara at the supreme Court by telling him to top up on the amount Wike paid.

Oga you can’t pass a bill when you don’t have 1/3 majority in the assembly...There are 33 members in rivers house of Assembly and 1/3 is 11 people so how can only 4 people pass a bill for the whole state
