On an accapella, you can easily pause with effizy to think of an emergency line when u are going blank, and dnt get me wrong... I'm not saying u cnt do it on a beat as well but u have to be careful so it wont look like u stuttered hereby disrupting the flow.

yea I knw, the focusrite is a condenser mic and like all condenser mics, it needs a preamp embedded interface and a phantom power to work and bring out the best sound quality. But a dynamic mic does not need any of those plus its cheaper and stronger, you just plug it straight to ur pc and u are good to go. Although the quality is lesser than a condenser but good enough for a home studio.
