I think IRCC would have concluded on your application.

The agent was one who got the lawyer for me… and I don’t even have access every time I talk to him his always telling me to relax that work is going on

Your agent answered NO , that’s you have never been denied a visa to Canada or us or any other country before . The VO found out it was lie reason u were given PFL

It was just a silly mistake and it was blank nothing was fill in the space… pls what can I do at this point it is taking forever

What issues led to the PFL?

I am sure he has gotten the feedback to the PFL, disturb him/her to tell you the real deal.

That is the message from irrc and the reply from my lawyer… seriously I don’t even know what is going on
He keeps saying nothing yet since March

Pls can someone tell me what to do have been on my application since last year, my agent said I’m on procedural fairness due to some little mistakes… I have been on that for over 3month now pls what can I do 😭

I tried booking appointment for an upfront medical but the thing just show me some kind of error and I was trying to do it again it was like I already did a booking pls what can I do

Don't relax
Go and quickly get a date to do the upfront medicals.
That's what my sister did, submitted October,
no response, she did upfront medicals by December and got her ppr jan 9.
So, dont just rely on your agent.
It's your life.

I told my agent I want to go for upfront medical he said I should relax I just tire for everything jare

I did my biometric since November 21st 2022 Since then nothing from my agent nothing even medical request I’m tired self 😩
