The outgoing APC governor is just useless like P in psychology, the state is just like it dosen't have an active government.

A power state with no electricity also no water, no tangible development, the state dosen't have a shopping mall like ShopRite and the rest not even a big Cinema, very bad and useless state. all they do is gossip from morning to night, that's what the indigenes love doing.
