It was reported earlier today that the former Super Eagle couch lost his wife Katherine Keshi, this news sad happening was confirmed by former super eagle team coordinator Emmanuel Attah on his Facebook account
He wrote.
"A very sad day for me. Received early this morning the News of the death in far away USA, of the woman I fondly call my Mummy. The wife of the coach I so love and worked with in the Super Eagles, the big Boss Stephen Keshi, Simply unbelievable, it's like a dream.
"But who are we Mortals to question God's will. for he alone lives forever. Rest in peace mummy. My big, its a big loss to we all, be consoled and take heart. She was so passionate about the National Team and always praying for us to succeed."
It was also reported but not confirmed that Mrs Keshi was Nursing cancer for over 10 years, until she could no longer battle with it.

May her soul rest in peace.

Some hoodlums started a street fight on Olorogun Street, Odo Eran, in the Itire area of Lagos State on Tuesday, during which a 21-year-old stabbed a landlord, identified as Alawu Lateef, to death.
PUNCH Metro learnt that Lateef, who was a father of three, had intervened in the fight, and asked the hoodlums to leave the area, when one of them, identified as Lati Elepo , stabbed the landlord.

A group of armed robbers was apprehended by the police during their operation at 2 am in the morning, this robbery was taking place at Abule Parapo opposite Awoyaya in ELemoro area of Ajah.


They robbers started shooting at the police as soon as they saw them, but they were still defeated as the police took down five of this robbers leaving some others with a bullet wound and arrested

The Gang was said to be terrorizing the area for a long time, as its a good thing they were caught.

A passer-by who found a massive diamond ring worth £50,000-£80,000 outside a Nando’s returned it to its owner in what he described as ‘a fairytale ending’.
The finder, Andy, saw the ring's massive stones sparkling on the ground and decided to do the honourable thing and try to find the owner.

He launched a Facebook campaign to find who he described as the no-doubt ‘distraught owner’ of the ring, and today he met up with the older lady who it belonged to and returned it to her.

Andy said:
‘It’s a fairytale ending and shows just how much good social media can do. I feel like I have done my good deed for the year.’
Andy, 31, a consultant, was contacted by the owner earlier yesterday after he launched a Facebook campaign to find her and an article appeared on MailOnline.

He got into a taxi to meet her and the relative at a London jeweler and staff verified insurance records she held for the ring that proved it belonged to her.

Mr Samuel Adamo, who was a danfo driver in Lagos, with three wives and five kids was stabbed to death in Oshodi. he was attacked in a motor pack which was at Shodi-under-bridge area while loading his bus for passengers by some motor park thugs popularly known as Agbero.


He was asked to make payments for his passengers by the agbero's, then he refused claiming he had no paccengers from their park yet, which resulted into a fight.
three of thugs attacked Adamo, and stabbed him in the neck, chest and stomach, then he bled to death at the spot.

It was reported that the police caught only one of the thugs Teslim Tajudeen and placed him under arest.
Tajudeen however,claimed not to be responsible for the death, adding that he only stabbed Adamo in the chest.

"I work as a conductor although I do not have a permanet bus I work with. whenever i don't work as a conductor, I help touts to collect money from drivers in Oshodi.
"I was actually walking down to the spot where i usually stay to collect loading fee when i saw a driver arguing with some of our boys, Lateef aka Eba and Baba Oba by names
"When I got there, I was told that they asked Adamo to pay fr loading before taking passengers.
"The driver Refused, claiming he had yet to load his bus. The argument led to a fight. The driver threatened to stab Eba and Baba Oba.
"I tried to separate then, but the driver also threatened to stab me. Eba subsequently picked the broken bottle and stabbed him in the chest, while Baba Oba stabbed him in the neck"
The father of the decreased said he wants justice even though his son is buried.

The suspected mastermind behind Paris’s devastating terror attacks is dead. That was the word on Thursday from French police, when they announced they had positively identified the body of Belgian Abdelhamid Abaaoud, 27, and a key figure in the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS), which claimed responsibility for the attacks that killed 129 people in Paris on Nov. 13. Abaaoud had been the subject of a massive manhunt in both Belgium and France, for having allegedly coordinated the six synchronized attacks on the French capital.

Police confirmed that they had killed Abaaoud when anti-terrorist police stormed a house on Wednesday before dawn, in Saint-Denis in the northeast of Paris. In an operation that began at 4.20 a.m. and lasted six hours, one woman blew herself up with a suicide belt, and one other died by “grenades and other projectiles,” according to Paris prosecutor François Molins in Saint-Denis on Wednesday. That second person, it turned out, was Abaaoud.

With the city still on edge from nearly a week of tumult, Prime Minister Manuel Valls warned parliament on Thursday, “we know that there could also be a risk of chemical or biological weapons.” Valls, who did not elaborate how he knew that information, was addressing the French parliament during a debate over whether or not to extend France’s national state of emergency, which President François Hollande imposed twithin hours of last Friday’s attacks. The parliament, which was still debating when police confirmed Abaaoud’s death, looked set to approval the proposal with overwhelming support.

Abaaoud’s death is likely a huge relief to French officials. It ends his career as a key operative within ISIS, which had featured him in its propaganda magazine as a leading light and recruiter of Western jihadists.

French officials had linked Abaaoud to Mehdi Nemmouche, the French man who shot up the Brussels Jewish Center in May last year, killing four people. He was also implicated in the foiled attack this past August on the high-speed train that links Brussels and Paris, which was thwarted when three American holidaymakers wrestled an armed gunman to the ground. Police sources have also told French journalists that a jihadist they arrested over the summer had mentioned Abaaoud to interrogators, and suggested that there were plans to attack nightclubs in Paris.

Wednesday’s raid in Saint-Denis brought a first for Europe: A female suicide bomber. The woman detonated an explosives belt minutes after police stormed the apartment and shouted, “where is your boyfriend?”—an apparent reference to Abaaoud. “He’s not my boyfriend!” she shouted, according to an audio of the conversation captured by police and transcribed in the French press on Thursday. Then she blew herself up. France’s BFM television identified the woman on Thursday as Hasna Aitboulahcen, 26, a cousin of Abaaoud, who was born in the Paris suburb of Clichy.

Another suicide bomber has pulled the strings in Yola on Tuesday at about 7. 30pm, in the ancient city of Jimeta town of Yola, Adamawa State Capital.


An eyewitness narrated the story on how it happened, he said the suicide bomber sneaked into the popular Tippa garage at the Jimeta by pass and detonated a bomb killing lots of people and leaving some injured.

he also said he narrowly escaped the bombing as he went to visit his friend when the bomb went off.

The police arrested a 30 years old man whose name is Peter Ekom , for raping a 11 years old girl whose name wasn't stated, the incident happen On November 3 at 43, Ariori Street, Mafoluju, Oshodi, Lagos.
