I applied true pH VFX for spouse visa and I have been calling and calling no way and they later told me dat the letter of invitation my partner send that contact number is not on it while on the form I pot the number,tow Weeks ago I resend the letter that has contact number true VFX pH, one week later the letter was send back to PH vfx,I called them to ask why and I was told that they didn't get any letter, that I should bring it my self to Lagos and I did that last week and I was hoping to travel this week to spend Esther with my Family but nothing yet

Please what can I do to get it so that I can travel by Thursday to do Esther with my Family

What!!! That's going to be 2 months by Friday. I think you have every right to call their number and complain as the proverbial number of days for processing your application has been maxed. Seriously try calling and explaining your plight.

I have been calling and calling still nothing is happening even today I called more than ten TeX they didn't pick and my credit finished

Hi,

I submitted my study permit with two (2) other guys (same institution) on the 7th-Feb-2017. Interestingly, they got their permit on (2nd-march-2017) - 18 working days while ii got mine (16th-march-2017) - 26 working days.

I was bothered but having visited the VFS Lagos office to complain, I was told they're still processing it - However, I was asked if I received the two (2) text messages indicating i. dispatching and ii. processing - I said YES. The officer nodded and told me I'll be fine but mentioned dt "If ii didn't received d aforementioned text messages, I wouldn't be notified when d visa is ready for collection.

So, if you've received d 2 texts, d 3rd one will surely come for collection but if you haven't received any - You should visit d VFS office asap!!!

I'm still waiting to hear from South African embassy since 7th of Feb till now nothing

Hello my good friends.
I applied for relative visa since 7th of Feb and I hav been calling them on phone, but last two weeks I called the embassy to know what is happening and the person that picked my Call told me that the letter of invitation my wife send to me that her contact number was not on it, I should contact my wife to add her contact number and I should bring it to them ,I told him that am not in Lagos that I applied true pH can i send it to vfx pH and he said yes and I did that the same day but to my surprise after resending the letter true pH vfx last two weeks I got a message last week that the letter was send back from Lagos to pH without any reason and I was calling them true out last week but no answer even after the lady will answer and transfer the call to the visa department still no answer till now
What should I do now? is getting two months now and am really missing my Family
