It is not overstatement to say that people go to hell simply because they didn't believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit while they are still alive. Fellow Christians, God send humans to hell for failing to believe in His Son's work of salvation. God Himself knew our human weakness because He remembered that we are dust "For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust."(Psalm 103:14) This verse is telling us that God knew our insufficiencies so He sent His Son Jesus Christ, had Him be baptized by John the Baptist transferring all the sin of the world from Adam's sin to the sin of the last person to born on earth to the head of Jesus during His baptism. Jesus carried the sins to the cross nailing them on cross by shedding His own blood and suffering vicariously on our behalf. He rose again the third having obtained eternal redemption for those who believe in this. (Hebrews 9:12)

"He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."(John 3:18)
It is written here the he who does not believe in Jesus is already condemned not because he has committed murder, not because he has committed adultery, just because he doesn't believe in the only begotten Son of God. Put differently the sins of those who believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit are not accounted for them. In Romans 4:6-8 it is written

"just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered; Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin.” (Paul quoted from Psalm 32:1, 2). It written here "Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin." In order words, anyone who doesn't believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit which Jesus brought to us, his sins will be laid on his head, they will die for their sins because the wages of sin is death.

Again it is written in John

"And when He(the Holy Spirit) has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged."(John 16:8-11)
Why will the Holy Spirit convict the world of sin? It is written here "of sin, because they do not believe in Me"
In the time frame of God all human sins have been forgiven. God has told us to believe what He has accomplished through Jesus. Failing to believe this is the very sin against the Holy Spirit, the unforgivable sin. Those who refused to believe in Bronze Serpent which Moses lifted up in the wilderness all died of snake bites. But those who believed by raising up the heads and looked at the Bronze Serpent were all healed without fail.
What more can I say? The unforgivable sin is the sin of unbelief.

Jesus said, “I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come

Why is this sin “unforgivable?” Jesus said, “Every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven” (Mt. 12:31).
God is not unwilling to forgive.
God gave his Son to die for our sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, because of his boundless grace.
What makes this sin unforgivable is the offender’s unwillingness to repent and believe.
Conscious and hardened resistance to the truth leads man away from humility and repentance, and without repentance there can be no forgiveness.

Yes unbelief is the very sin against the Holy Spirit.

The number of the Beast is 666. This means, in short, that the Beast himself is God. Is there a number that indicates that “a man is God?” A number bearing such meaning is the number of the Antichrist. As such, the saints cannot receive this mark, for only the Triune God is the true God for us. The saints must overcome Satan with their faith in the Lord and give glory to God. This is the best faith and worship with which the saints can give all glory to the Lord. Let us win with our faith.

Ihedinobi3:

Hello.

Beautiful post, in my estimation. I completely agree with you. There is only one sin that cannot be forgiven and it is unbelief. When anyone rejects the Gospel or fails to accept it, then they cannot be saved. How can they be if they themselves refuse to allow themselves to be saved? Unbelief is the ultimate sin. We could certainly say that pride or arrogance is the ultimate sin, but it is also true that pride expresses itself through a rejection of God's truth and authority, that is, through unbelief.

As for Ananias, if you would accept my offer of help, I would warn you to be careful of those you debate. It is easy for people to muddy the waters when they don't even believe the Gospel, and if you're not careful when you engage them, you yourself could be turned to oppose the very truth that you were standing for.

We don't really see anything in the Bible that suggests that Ananias and Sapphira were not saved. They sinned, even very foolishly, but all believers do that. And the Bible is clear from 1 Corinthians 5:5, 11:30, 1 John 5:16, and a vast number of other Scriptures that we sometimes get killed by the Lord for our sins. A certain degree of wickedness often demands a certain degree of discipline from the Lord. The worse our behavior and the longer it lasts, the worse the discipline we suffer for it. Physical death can form a part of that discipline so that the sinning believer's spirit will be saved from the Lake of Fire.

So, I would be wary of saying that Ananias and Sapphira were not saved. It is also not necessary to try to explain their death in some way to prove that the sin of unbelief is the unforgivable sin. Their experience has nothing at all to do with this matter. They died for their own wickedness. If anyone wished to argue that they committed the unforgivable sin by lying to the Holy Spirit, then where is that parallel in the Lord's words in the passages in the gospels where He spoke of it? Did He not speak of lying "against" the Holy Spirit rather than lying "to" Him?

As for Judas, we know that he was never a believer (John 6:70-71), but that does not mean that his death had anything to do with anything here. Judas was a thief and a coward. Not only was he so hungry for material gain that he let Satan possess him and betray the Lord of Glory, but he also could not own up to his own sin and seek the Lord's mercy. This was what broke his mind and sent him to an abominable death. But he is in Torments right now and will be in the Lake of Fire specifically because he never believed in Jesus Christ.

I am seeking to encourage you by this, friend. Nairaland is a very hard field to work for those who do love the Truth.
Okay thank you!

Well, you are right that you are not directly informed of the state of Anania's and Saphirras soul at the time of their introduction, but in Acts 4, just before the story of Ananias and Saphira showed up in Acts 5, you would get clued in to what was going on, since the first set of people inducted into the group were not just pedestrians, but those who were filled with the Spirit and working in one accord, as a result.

It was not until much later, at least in the story in Acts, that those who were not filled infiltrated the group.
Judas was a believer.. He was called by Jesus Christ, anointed by Him to be His disciple, and walked with Him (throught it all). Jesus Christ Himself did not deny that Judas was one of His disciples that God had given Him.

He didn't have the Spirit of God living inside of him at the time... the same was true of the other disciples. They didn't have the Spirit of God "indwelling" them either since Jesus Christ was right there with them through it all.

The reason we have the Spirit of God living inside of us is because we do not have Jesus Christ in the flesh and blood to walk us all the way through all of this and more.
Well, Peter may not have killed himself, but he certainly did not have a hand in the death of Jesus Christ either. The one who killed Jesus Christ when he sold Him(Jesus Christ) out was Judas iscariot. So, expecting Judas to have dealt with the result of His betrayal in much the same way that Peter or any other who is not guilty of condemning a man is... a lot disconnected, don't you think?
Judas Iscariot carried in his heart the weight of sending a man to die, not for any sin the man(Jesus Christ) actually committed but out of hate and greed. How do you expect for a man with such a weight on his soul to simply brush that off, and according to you "hold his peace"? what peace?

According to what is recorded, Judas's sin was against the person of Jesus Christ whom he, Judas, was aware of and had dealt with. It was Jesus Christ that Judas kissed that night in the garden, and it was for Jesus Christ that he, Judas, was paid for.
Salvation is not a guarantee that one would no longer have weaknesses... whoever told you that, lied to you. Even Jesus Christ, the Son of God, had moments of weakness, while He was here on earth.

I can help you for the last time. Peter didn't hang himself because he knew Jesus as the Christ the Son of the living God, but Judas didn't believe this way. Peter believed that this Messiah came for such sinful being like him, but Judas didn't believe such, hence Judas out of self-pity, hanged himself. God doesn't distinguish sins committed out of one's weakness, because they are all equal before God. The only greater sin is this blasphemy against the Holy Spirit which can't be forgiven and that is the sin of not believing in the salvation God gave us. Again, there has never been a church without an unbeliever, read Pauline epistles you will see many cases of unbelievers(i.e those who claim to believe but actually didn't believe in their heart) mingling with believers causing harm to their faith, for example (Galatian 1:7)

There is nothing similar about the sin committed by Ananias and Saphira against the Spirit of God, and the betrayal of the person of Jesus Christ by Judas Iscariot. Why?

1. Because Judas Iscariot did not have the Spirit of God living on the inside of Him at the time of His betrayal. The Spirit of God showed up to indwell the apostles on the day of Pentecost, after the death of Judas Iscariot.
2. Judas Iscariot betrayed the person of Jesus Christ, not the Spirit of God

If you had paid attention to what Jesus Christ said of the unforgivable sin, you would note that He was clear that it was not a sin committed against God, or against His person, Jesus Christ, but instead a sin committed against the Spirit of God.

Go back to Acts 4 and start reading from there to get the full context of how Ananias and Saphira showed up in the story. They were among the believers who had committed to following the commandments of Jesus Christ -- they were filled with the Spirit of God and as such synched by Him. So, the selling of their property was not because they were commanded by man but by the Spirit of God. However, in their case, rather than honestly bring forward that which the Spirit of God had put in their hearts to do, they brought what they chose to and lied that it was what the Spirit had provided for them to bring to the others. That was their sin - they lied against the Spirit of God, being spirit-filled themselves(or at least one of them was).

Enoch and the lot has absolutely nothing to do with what Jesus Christ taught and commanded His followers.

There was no record of Ananias being filled with the Holy Spirit, if there is tell me where it is written. That he was with believers doesn't make him a believer. Can you call Judas believer because he was with the disciples? As I said before he was an unbeliever in the midst of believers. He never had the Holy Spirit. Didn't Peter deny Jesus with a curse? Why didn't he hang himself, it is because he believed that Jesus is his Savior. If Judas had believed he would have held his peace and rest his weakness in the salvation of Jesus without having to commit suicide. Judas didn't commit sin against Jesus but against the Holy Spirit, this is the sin of unbelief.

Stop lying in the name of God!

Jesus Christ was clear on what the unforgivable sin is and was... There is even an example of it happening in the book of Acts where Ananias and Saphira bit the dust because they lied against the Spirit of God. Herod was turned to worms, as a result of his gloating and taking glory for that which God, and not Him, made happen. Why not read the book and learn from it rather than pretend it is ok for any tom-dick-and-harry to inject their lies and delusions into what is written, ignoring facts.

Those who do not believe in God have already received a punishment befitting them since even the time of Adam. Why would God turn around to punish them for the exact same crime again? That is not what does. Unbelievers are those who are condemned to perish in the grave.

As for those of you who pretend yourselves a better lot in Christ, be careful, for Hell is the end for those who do not heed the words that Jesus Christ preached and taught. The believers who refuse to obey the commandments of the New Covenant that is Jesus Christ, the grace of God through Christ, you are essentially marking yourself for Hell.. yes, it is for some of those who believe(have eternal life) that Hell is prepared for.

Acts 5:1-3
"But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. And he kept back part of the proceeds, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles’ feet. But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?"

Ananias and his wife committed the same sin, Judas Iscariot, this is the same of being with believers without being born again. That is Ananias and his wife didn't know believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ even while being the believers. Just the same way Judas Iscariot was Jesus without believing in Him as the Son of God and the Messiah. Did Judas Iscariot die because he betrayed Jesus? Absolutely not! He died because he didn't believe in Christ from the very onset. He is only interested in money. Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver, just the way Esau sold his birthright for one morsel of food. What do i mean? Just the way Judas and Esau died because they exchanged material things for salvation, Ananias and his wife died becaus

Who has not lied before? Ananias committed the unforgivable sin not because of lie but because he was with saints without being born again, Satan entered his heart just the way he entered Judas heart. Luke the writer of the book of Acts, addressed him as a certain man. What does that mean, it means a wolf in the midst of sheep, an unbeliever.

Religion / What Is The Blasphemy Against The Holy Spirit, The Unforgivable Sin? by live4dgospel(m): 12:53pm On Oct 24, 2020
Matthew 12:31-32

"Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come."

What really constitutes this unforgivable sin? This is a fearful sin nobody would want to commit, right? Because Jesus Himself said that such sin cannot be forgiven either in this world or in the world to come. Today, I would like to shed light on this unforgivable sin and the responsibility of every human being born on this earth. What is the unforgivable sin? If someone says to someone who is speaking in strange tongues, "Shut up!". Does it mean he has committed the unforgivable sin? If someone criticizes prophets and pastors, has he committed the unforgivable sin? Because of this many Christians are afraid of speaking up against all these false miracles, signs, prophecies being propagated by these ministers. I know they think this way because of the scenario that led Jesus to talk about the unforgivable sin. In verse 24 it is written "Now when the Pharisees heard it they said, “This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”
This is exactly what gave people the misconceptions of the unforgivable sin. What led the Pharisees to utter those words? It because they didn't believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and their long awaited Messiah. In order words, they didn't believe in the Word of God. It is from the heart the mouth speaks, and God looks at the heart and not just spoken words (1 Samuel 16:7).
In verse 25 it written "But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand." That Jesus knew their "thoughts", means Jesus knew their unbelieving hearts, He considered their thoughts not just their spoken words.

Dear fellow Christians, the unforgivable sin is the sin of unbelief. Whosoever commits this one sin cannot be forgiven. Some sins like fornication, murder, theft etc committed out one's weakness can be forgiven. But this sin of unbelief in the gospel of salvation is an unforgivable sin, which one decidedly commits all the days of his life. I mean someone who does not believe in the gospel of Jesus today might believe tomorrow, so the sin of refusing to believe in the gospel of salvation of Jesus Christ till the very end is the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
Let's ponder on this for a moment, how can someone be forgiven when he refuses to believe in the way of salvation? If he commits adultery and has received the way of salvation, his sin is forgiven, if he commits murder and has received the gospel of salvation, his murder is forgiven. How then will he be forgiven when he has rejected the very gospel of salvation? Imagine a man drowning in the ocean, a boat man comes around him, straights forward his hand and says "Give me your hand, let me take you in to my boat", to rescue the drowning man inside his boat. If the drowning man consistently refuses to accept the help, if he insists, "Don't worry, I can swim myself out of this ocean", will he be saved? Absolutely not. Therefore, the very sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the sin of unbelief.
Let me explain this in greater details, Nicodemus came to Jesus by night for the fear of the Pharisees. He believed in Jesus but he wanted to learn more from Him, therefore he came to Him by night so that other Pharisees might not speak ill of him. He came to know the way of salvation which other Pharisees rejected. What did Jesus say to him?
He said “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." (John 3:5).
This very gospel of the water and the Spirit is the only way to enter the kingdom of God, so rejecting this gospel till the end is the unforgivable sin. God the Father planned our salvation, God the Son fulfilled it by coming to this world wearing human flesh, have our sins transferred to his head during baptism, and paid the price for sins with His own blood on the cross and rose again the third day, having obtained eternal redemption for those who believe. What is then the work of God the Holy Spirit? It is to bear witness of this gospel. 1 John 5:6
"This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth."
Therefore anyone who refuses to believe in the witness of the Holy Spirit that Jesus Christ came by the water of His baptism and the blood of His crucifixion cannot be forgiven either in this world or in the world to come.

And to all of us who cannot help but to sin, God gave us this
mark so that we will not be killed, and this mark is likened to the
gospel of the water and the Spirit. Many people do not receive
the gospel of the water and the Spirit, the God given mark
of salvation and live as the descendants of Cain. The moment
we refuse to receive the gospel of the water and the Spirit which
God gave, we become severed from God and our descendants
will also cursed. That is why we must live with God’s strength,
not our own strength. And we must live with faith of believing
in the gospel of the water and the Spirit. And we must hold onto
the true faith and not depart from God, and we must always
believe in God. We must believe that God is our Father and pray
with faith and seek and live with His help.

Cain eventually left God and received curse eternally. God brought suffering to Cain expecting him to turn around and come back to Him, but Cain resisted God's calling till the end and thereby perished.

If one leaves God, will God somehow disappear? No, God exists forever. What does God do then? He follows him around and curses him. Instead of singing, “♬ God followed after me and He saved me♪,” this person will be singing, “♬ God follows after me and He Himself makes me fail at every step♪.” Why? It is because He is the God of love. God says to people like this, “Even if you were at the end of the seas, and even if you were in the valley of Hades, I am still your God. I will follow you everywhere, for I want to become your shepherd. Why do you then want to leave me? Why don’t you desire to know me, when I know you so well?” God brings suffering to them in order that they would return to Him.

However, instead of the firstborn of the flock, if one were to heap up the fruit of the ground like beans, millet, rice, potatoes, yams, apples, oranges, and so on and ask God to accept them, God will never accept them. One must come forth by purely believing in the Word, but if we were to come forth by having to add in some of our own thoughts or self-righteousness to the Word and try to worship God in this way, all that we would be getting is a curse, let alone blessings. If we read chapter 40 of the Book of Genesis, we will find a story about the chief butler and the chief baker, who were both officers of Pharaoh the king of Egypt. The chief butler had a dream in which he had pressed grapes from a vine with three branches and given the juice straight to Pharaoh without having mixing anything with it. And thus, he was reinstated to the butlership. However, the chief baker, in a dream, had added all kinds of baked goods for Pharaoh into the uppermost basket of the three white baskets on his head. And for doing this, he was cursed and suffered death. Perfect and pure faith, which is acceptable to God, is having faith only in the work done for us by Jesus, the Lamb of God. We should not add anything else onto it. Cain tried everyday to make offerings to God by trying to make something new. Thus his life of faith can only be a tiresome one. Could we offer something new everyday until we get old and die? We cannot possibly do that. What does God enjoy? God finds joy in the sacrifice of the firstborn of the flock. He loves His only begotten Son. He loves our faith when we believe in Jesus. God finds joy in those who believe that Jesus is their Savior and that God the Father had sent His only begotten Son Jesus, to this earth for their sake, and that Jesus has taken on the sins of the world by receiving His baptism, received the judgment for us on the Cross, and then been resurrected to make us come alive. These days we find many Cain-like worshipers. In the end, God will abandon them. Cain-like worshipers will be disappointed in the end.

Two Types of Faith

People of this world can be divided into two types according to there faith. One type of people are like Cain, and the other is like Abel. Abel-like people completely believe in the righteous work that Jesus has done. In contrast, Cain-like people are those of Buddhism, Islam, Hindu and Confucianism who go forth to their gods by bringing their own sincerity. Included amongst this group are those who think of Christianity as a mere religion. God does not accept worship from Cain-like people. Although they offer their sacrifices to God with utmost sincerity and diligence, God does not accept them. You should know by now why God does not accept them, right? The faith that God accept with joy is the faith of believing in the righteous work done by Him. But we as humans are just a mass of sin. If these Cain-like people were to struggle to get rid of evils and desires of the flesh by not lying down, not eating much, and beating their own flesh, would God be pleased? God does not accept such worship. God is merciful. When people go through such self-denying penance and ask, “Dear God, please accept me,” God feels sorry and uneasy. And He tells them, “Please do not do such useless acts. My heart is hurting, so please do not do such things.” All religions emphasize doing self-denying penances, but God never finds joy in them. Numerous Christians boast about there achievements in the following manner: “When I was building this chapel, I donated one hundred thousands dollars,” “I went through 40 days of prayer and fasting in order to receive the remission of sins,” “I spent many all-night prayers and including early morning prayers in order to cleanse away my sins,” “I sacrifices my everything and followed the Lord in order to spread the gospel.” However, dear fellow believers please remember that God never accepts the fruit of the ground. God does not accept a worship in which a person comes forth with there own righteousness, like offering much prayers, doing much missionary work, donating much money, and offering much sacrifices and services. Nevertheless, the problem we face is that there are so many Cain-like people on this earth. How many do you think they are? The numbers are uncountable. It’s almost everyone. Not counting the people of the other religions, many Christians offer worship to God with the fruit of the ground, being proud of their self-righteousness by saying, “Dear God, since I went through so much trouble for You, please accept me.” But a true worshiper is the one who brings forth the firstborn of the flock with pure motives, and not own efforts and merits, and offers it to God by faith, despite the fact that he has not done anything for God. Only then does God accept the worship. The firstborn of the flock refers to none other than Jesus Christ. God accepts the worship where a person says, “Jesus, You are my Savior. I have no merit of my own. Jesus Christ, You have saved me perfectly through the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Father God, I come before You today with my faith in Jesus. Please, accept me.”

Wrong Faith

We need to know that God does not accept the faith and the worship of those who go before Him to worship with their merits saying, “Dear God, I did this and that for You. Lord, for You, I endeavored this much, accumulated this much achievements, offered all this sincerity and sacrificed much. And Lord I will continue doing these things until I die.” God does not accept the worship and the faith of those who offer their human sincerity, because if He were to receive worship like this, His heart would become heavy and will be indebted to human beings. Instead of being a God who has bestowed grace, He would be a God who has received favor from human beings. God does not want to be a debtor. If this happened then God would say, “Hey, if you endeavor like that, don’t I have to do something for you?” And He will feel burdened. Then God will really feel ill at ease with their faith. God wants us to praise Him by having faith in and being truly thankful for the fact that God has loved us so much. In order to blot out all the sins of humankind, He sent Jesus to become the Savior of humankind. God accepts the worship of faith by those who go before Him with thankfulness and joy, offer worship to Him and serve Him. God lacks nothing. He exists on His own, without any need or help from us whatsoever. God has no desire to receive any benefit from people, whoever they may be, not even just a little bit. God does not want to be in debt to anyone. God is Almighty. Let us assume that one of God’s creations comes before God and says, “I have labored so hard for You, so please accept this gift. I will do this for You everyday.” Worship like this is only a burden and anguish to God. And by doing this would only be showing disregard for Him. It would be the same as a beggar going through garbage dumps and bringing useless things by the truckload everyday to a king who has no lacking whatsoever. Although they might seem good in his eyes, but to the king, these things are only foul smelling rubbish. The righteousness of humankind is like that. Though they might seem clean to human eyes, they are in fact “like filthy rags” (Isaiah 64:6). What is the sort of faith does God finds most joy in? God finds joy in those who come before God by perfectly believing in God, that is, by believing God having saved them perfectly from sin and offer worship and praise to Him. Worship like this is the one that God finds joy in. What sort of worship does God accept? God accepts the worship of faith from people who believe that God Himself came to this earth in human form, took upon all our sins by receiving the baptism at the Jordan River, received the judgment for us, was resurrected in order to save us, and now sits on the right hand side of God the Father.

We must offer the sacrifice of faith to God. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

Well, the Vedas, predates the Bible and is still very much around. The Epic of Gilgamesh predates the Bible, and is still very much around. The Egyptian were the very first to invent writings and those writings are still with us and very relevant. "Man know thyself" is one of those. So who preserved these.
God Himself preserved His Word, men can preserve their own work if they can.

First, when does the Lord come? Let us look at the Scripture passage for this part. The Lord said to His disciples, “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!” This passage means that when Israel regains its power, that is to say, when Israel recovers its territory we should know that the time is near for the Lord to come. After crucifying Jesus Christ on the Cross, the Israelites had scattered all around the world. But as today’s Scripture passage says, Israel regained its nation in 1948. Israel has recovered its nation after nearly two thousand years. There is no case in human history, except for Israel, of recovering its nation after nearly two thousand years of loss.

I love this God bless you... However, the tribulations will finish before Jesus comes to rapture his Saints and destroy the Antichrist with the brightness of his appearing

Revelation 10:7 "but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets."

As you can see the mystery of God will be finished before the sounding of the seventh angel. So rapture will happen before the sounding of the seventh angel. Saints of God who believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit will go through the tribulation up to the middle, just before the seventh angel sounds.

A powerful man will arrive, that will be a King of the North. In the world today, the King or the North can either be a Russian president of EU leader. But Russia will still unite the more Soviet Union and become the most powerful country in the world. We are saying this because we believe in the World of God.

Here is what the Scriptures say:

Daniel 11:11-16

And the king of the South shall be moved with rage, and go out and fight with him, with the king of the North, who shall muster a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into the hand of his enemy. When he has taken away the multitude, his heart will be lifted up; and he will cast down tens of thousands, but he will not prevail. For the king of the North will return and muster a multitude greater than the former, and shall certainly come at the end of some years with a great army and much equipment. “Now in those times many shall rise up against the king of the South. Also, violent men of your people shall exalt themselves in fulfillment of the vision, but they shall fall. So the king of the North shall come and build a siege mound, and take a fortified city; and the forces of the South shall not withstand him. Even his choice troops shall have no strength to resist. But he who comes against him shall do according to his own will, and no one shall stand against him. He shall stand in the Glorious Land with destruction in his power.

NOTE:

The last statement says

He shall stand in the Glorious Land with destruction in his power.

In a nutshell, the point we need to grasp is that there will be only 3 and a half years left for the saints when a certain country invades the nation of Israel, burns the nation of Israel down to the ground, and erects its own idol, referred to as the abomination of desolation, inside the most holy of the Temple. When this tribulation comes upon Israel, soon, there will be the rapture, and the world will come to an end. The entire history of mankind begins in the nation of Israel, moves around the globe once, and comes back to the nation of Israel where it concludes. And the end of the world comes.

We need to monitor the Nation of Israel critically.

I should point out that this Bible has been preserved by the amazing providence of God, until it came to rest freely in our hands. Bible written by about 40 writers spanning over approximately 1,500 years. For about 1,400 years before Jesus was born, the Mosaic Pentateuch like the Book of Genesis and the Book of Exodus was written, and through His servants, God ensured the preservation of the Word, so that it might not be corrupted even over such a long time. Amongst the Jews there was a certain scholarly school called the ‘Masorites.’ The scholars of this school devoted themselves recording the Word of God onto the best sheepskin and then preserving it. The alphabets of the Hebrew language have many dots. Depending on where these dots are placed, words can have different pronunciations and have completely different meanings. While copying the Bible, if someone dozed off and misplaced even a single dot, then it would have completely altered the original meaning of the biblical passage. So those who did this work purified themselves, kept themselves wide awake, and never ventured near any woman. They did this because God had inspired them. When they used the bathroom, they made sure to wash their hands thoroughly, including cleaning the pens before resuming transcribing the Holy Scriptures. There also were proofreaders who carefully examined every copy. Any copy that had even the slightest error was discarded. Only completely perfect copies, free of any mistake whatsoever, were put inside a clay fired jar, it was then sealed, and they were usually stored in a cool dry cave. Due to the fact that this region of Palestine is a very arid and dry place, the sheepskin scrolls had the innate ability to remove moisture with good ventilation; therefore the copied Scriptures could be stored intact for a long time.

This work however had continued by those with a calling, and through such people, God preserved the Bible intact. In the mid-1940’s, an enormous discovery was made. During 1947
while looking for a lost sheep, some Bedouin shepherds discovered leather scrolls held inside jars in a cave at Qumran, located near the Dead Sea in eastern Israel. The shepherds did not think much about the scrolls, and they sold it off to an antique dealer for a cheap price. Even this antique dealer did not know what the scrolls were, and so they eventually were handed over to a bishop of the Syrian Orthodox Church. After this, all these scrolls crossed all the way over to the United States, but at the end of relentless efforts made by Israeli scholars of the Old Testament, they were returned back to Israel after paying a hefty price in a secret transaction. As the scrolls were studied intensively, it was eventually revealed that they were copies of the Old Testament written around 125 B.C., now known as the Dead Sea Scrolls. These Dead Sea Scrolls were written at a time when about 270 years had passed since the writing of the Book of Malachi. Until its discovery, the oldest copy of the Scriptures was the Masora manuscript, and since this script was written between 600 and 900 AD by Jewish scribes after no less than 1,000 years had passed since the original recording of the Book of Malachi, many considered it highly probable that the Bible had been altered extensively. However, with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the missing period was shortened by about 1,000 years, and the time gap between the writing of the Book of Malachi, the last book of the Old Testament, and the available copy of the Scriptures was reduced to only 270 years. After the first discovery was made, archeologist continued to find more scripts in 11 caves in Qumran near the Dead Sea,
discovering not only copies of the Old Testament but also partial copies of the New Testament. Scholars then compared the Dead Sea Scrolls with the Masora manuscript, which was written about 1,000 years later, and tried to determine how similar they were. Amazingly, it was revealed that the two copies were completely identical to every dot and stroke. The Masora manuscript, in other words, was revealed to be the same Scripture as the Dead Sea Scrolls, indicating that they were more than likely to be identical to the original manuscripts as well. The Bible that we now have is the same Bible that Moses and many other servants of God wrote. The 66 books of the Old and New Testaments were canonized only after they were extensively studied and verified by many biblical scholars comparing and analyzing countless copies of the Scriptures over a long period of time. Through the Reformation, the Bible was then translated into vernacular languages, when the metal printing press was invented and publishing technology advanced, the Bible was printed out in a single collection of the Scriptures. That is a brief history of how the Word of God has been passed down completely intact even to you and me today. Through this written Word, the Lord spoke about the gospel
of the water and the Spirit, where He desired to save His believers from sin. For this Bible to make its way into our hands, many people of God had to endure terrible suffering. In other words, it took the sacrifice of countless people for this Bible to be preserved intact and handed to us. That is how the Word of God has been put in our hands, which we can now read simply by opening it.
Jesus, who is God Himself, came to this earth incarnated in the flesh over 2,000 years ago, and He has saved us from all our sins. And He recorded everything He did down in the Bible, so that generations following would also be able to be saved. Like this, through the written Word, our Lord is offering the same salvation to the hearts of all those who would believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Just as parents and children in the flesh love each other, call out to one another, and embrace each other, so do we call out to God, “Abba Father,” and our Father answers us, “Yes, My children.” By the love of God, we have now become His special people. It is with faith like this that we are now worshipping God.
Religion / Who Has Calculated The Number Of The Beast? by live4dgospel(m): 11:42am On Oct 17, 2020
(Revelation 13:18)

"Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666."

In the Bible numbers have specific meanings. The nunber 3 signifies God who exists in three Persons. The number 4 signifies trials, 5 God’s Grace and 6 is man because man was created on the sixth day. 7 signifies perfection(God). The number of the beast is 666, which indeed is that of us humans, it shows us that there will appear a man who tricked himself to be a God. Since 6 signifies man, that 6 appears 3 times in 666 implies that a man will rise and declare himself to be God and command everyone to worship him and receive his mark. Let's further explore the Scriptures.

(2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)

"Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. "

This is what is going to happen soon. The nation of Israel will be invaded once more by a powerful country and be completely destroyed. The leader of this powerful country that will destroy Israel will command the whole world to worship him as god. This is going to happen in the nearest future.

(Matthew 24:15)

“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand)"

Let's once again turn to the book of Daniel.

(Daniel 12:11-13)

“And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days. “But you, go your way till the end; for you shall rest, and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days.”

We know that Israel was invaded and destroyed in AD 70 by the Roman General Titus, then in 1948 when nearly 2000 years has passed by, a miraculous event happened. A group of Jewish people who had started a movement to retake their God given land, fought their enemies and retook their land. It has never been heard in the world history that a nation whose land was taken away and its people driven and scattered all over of the world, for close to 2000 years came from no where and retook their land. It happened because God had promised Abraham the same land. And God cannot lie. We must now realize that the prophecy of Daniel is not yet fulfilled, because "Abomination of Desolation" (i.e an AntiChrist will set up idol and command the whole to worship it and to receive his mark on their right hand or forehead) has not yet been set up in the Holy City.

Up till now no one has openly declared himself to be God. There is a religious sect in Nigeria called Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, the members of this group claim that their founder Olumba Olumba Obu is God, although Obu has gone on record as saying "I am not Jesus Christ or God." In other words, his followers are simply idolising him. His followers even claim that this founder will not taste death. Is it true? Is there any man born of a woman that will not die? As it is written in (Hebrews 9:27) "And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment". This is the fate of everyone born on this earth, to die once and face the judgment of God. No matter how people try to hide and cover the death of a man, the truth is that every man dies and rot way in flesh.
What does the Scripture say? It says that a powerful man will rise and declare himself to be God, he will exercise great power and the Devil will give him such great power to do whatever he wishes. He will command the world to receive his mark and worship him and his image. After the invasion of Israel the 7-year tribulations will begin, the book of Daniel we just read above said there will be 1335 days left for the saints to embrace their martyrdom. 1335 is approximately three and half years, so the saints will go through the tribulations up to the middle of it(half of it which is 3 and 1/2 years).
The saints of God who believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit will not surrender to the AntiChrist, and hence will not receive the mark of the beast. But anyone who doesn't believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit will eventually succumb to the beast and receive his mark no matter how strong he thinks his faith is now. Let's all return to the original gospel of the water and the Spirit and be delivered from the power of Satan. Brethen, whenever the nation of Israel is invaded and conquered by enemy troops and the abomination of desolation is set up in the temple of Israel, let everyone know that the Great Tribulation of 7 years has started immediately, and that the Lord will come approximately 3 and half years from that very time.

"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

1 John 5:6-8

"This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one."

John 3:5

"Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

1 Peter 3:21

"There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ"
