How many bullet proof cars do you need as a governor to keep you safe?

This is outside shifting the conversation from the value of 400k to the sudden importance of governors security.

300 million will sort out alot in a poor community.
From water to renovation in public schools.

Be like say people think say 300 million na small money😂

We needed access to the 36 States, but as a matter of urgency, we requested for 9 states. as of today, we have only been allowed access to 2 states, I am not impressed with INEC @inecnigeria

~Livy Uzoukwu SAN, Peter Obi's Lawyer

Like I said INEC will set this country on fire

Logistics have always been a recurring problem with INEC, it didn't start today. Still doesn't take away the fact that many Nigerians didn't come out to vote, after making noise on social media.
How does inec having logistics issue change the fact that alot of people came out to vote and couldn't.

Isn't the blame supposed to be on inec?
Isn't this even a bigger indictment on inec?

It's not always like that. Lol

You know Peter Obi backed PDP Governorship candidate for Anambra in two elections and they lost?

So, what has suddenly changed?
Clout.
Obi was not this influential then.
Obi had not gained this much respect from people.
Absence of Obidients 👍

Obidients are supporting both of them.

The most interesting race on Saturday will be the Enugu race
There's a split as all 3 candidates apparently have some point had connections with chimaroke.

I know the PDP guy will lose but who will win between Frank and the LP guy?

DontBullshitMe:
Buhari is a misfortune in this country. That Baba basically turned CBN into a money printing vendor. Ideally, what the constitution says is CBN can only borrow the FG 10% of its yearly revenue but the Emefiele led CBN was just printing money for the FG in disguise as a loan. Now they have restructured the loan repayment for longer terms. There are also numerous foreign loans that needs servicing.

And all these for what? Railways that cannot fully run itself because the revenue it generates is not enough so FG is basically still subsidising the railways they built with loans.

Right now, I don't even believe there is a way out for the country.
Lmao and yet apc people could not call out buhari oo..

But larride and Oasis003 dey tell me say them call out cbn policy of naira redesign but still to mention buhari name hard them..

Please, i really don't want to argue here as usual.

If you cannot understand what i am saying, leave the post.
I thought we were referring to the 2019 election as an example of when tribal attacks were carried out on igbo dominated areas?

Nwanne,

I really wish these people will leave Igbo people alone and just focus on campaigning to Lagosians. This is why I said this nonsense is intentional and people like Elliot did not invent this wheel. I look at the pic posted by @liveLongandProsper and I wonder, isn't this the same spare parts market that was politically weaponized in the lead up to the presidential elections?

Lagos is littered with tribes from across the country, please go and campaign to eligible voters, stop using Igbo people as narratives because when it goes South, Igbo people will still suffer the brunt of it. I don't know if you have been following my comments recently but I am sick and tired of this nonsense. I am expecting my Yoruba brothers and sister to call this nonsense out but everyone is staying mute and pretending like they can't see the nonsense going on.

Please go out and campaign to Lagosians.
Staying mute or your guys dey avoid your posts like say na plague 😁😁😁..

The people are voting LP because of OBI. Remove him from the centre, and no LP candidate will get 1000 votes in any election

2 years is enough time for Charles and Peter to get in bed and call each other romantic names.

We agree that LP candidates benefitted from Obi.. But that same thing has reawakened the political consciousness in the east most especially.

Have you not seen the politicians calling themselves Obidients just to save their head?

Like I said, Saturday will confirm the influence of Obi and Obidients.

I really hope Obidients don't get disappointed with some of the outcomes this weekend.

For me, 25th was a different ball game. Obi was the mandate, and all the NASS and Senatorial candidates rode on that wave.

Ortom supported Obi, but you can't tell me he is supporting LP from top to bottom. Many people who voted Obi still have candidates in other parties that they clamour for.

Let us not get our expectations too high. Other parties will win even in the SE.
OBIdients have their expectations.
At the same time on Saturday will determine the extent of Obi's influence even more

Soludo can decamp to LP before then, and the same people stoning him now, will be the ones hailing him. Make una no dey let politicians use una head.

That said, i hope he finishes his 4 to 8 years and get out from there.

Mr All-talk-less-action
Normally 2yrs is long in politics but soludo has a big mouth and it will cost APGA this weekend seats in the HOA.
That should have a ripple effect on him.
LP already has their own governorship candidate in Anambra who is quite known and would not jeopardise that for a man who doesn't have the backing of his people.

And one last thing, soludo's mouth will keep putting him in trouble

What will happen to a majority LP assembly? They will impeach him or what? cheesy
They don't have to but they will check any of his excesses coz he's street cred is currently in the gutter.

For example a seyi makinde still has alot of love among the people of Oyo State so he can overcome whatever and that can help him going forward.

Now soludo on the other hand is lucky there's no election anytime this year coz even the people in APGA might vote him out.
