People give their children English names and we don't say they're pandering to the English, someone has an Igbo mother and unsurprisingly answers an Igbo name and it's pandering.

Couples sometimes come to an agreement for the wife to name a child their first name, and in cases where it's an inter-tribal marriage, the child could have a name from the mum's tribe, as is in Chinedu's case.

I think these are old pictures though, APC centering Igbo's in Lagos' elections is a strategy to create an us vs them kind of scenario so the Yoruba's who are the majority rally around their candidate.... APC Lagos is well aware that Igbo votes alone won't give any candidate victory, but Yoruba votes alone would.

To be fair to him, when I was transferred out of Lagos to Warri in 2015, I was really angry and almost resigned. I didn't want to go. Lagos was heaven and earth to me.

My brother, one month in warri when I was now waking up by 7:30 in the morning, I never wanted to return to Lagos.

Even till now, I will never return to Lagos except I get a job that pays in foreign currency

So if I wasn't transferred out of Lagos, I probably will still be one of you guys today.

Oil contributes ~ 26.04 to the GDP of Nigeria until about last quarter of 2022 when ICT overtook it.

Now it has risen again overtaking ICT since I reported it here in October. And oil contributes more to Nigeria because NNPC Ltd remits only 80% revenue in theory to the FG while keeping 20%. And oil companies handle 40% of total oil which the FG still taxes in the background.

We are even benevolent enough to share excess crude oil acoount with all states so shut up!

Where are your cocoa and groundnut now? You abandoned it to focus on free oil yet any little argument, you ask our mutual relatives ri leave your land.

Na everybody dey travel abroad bro, people just have different places abroad they prefer traveling to. Igbos prefer Asian countries, Yorubas prefer UK, USA, etc while Edo people prefer Italy, Eastern Europe, etc.
