Ukwani is the tribe and they have three local government areas, Ndokwa West, Ndokwa East and Ukwani local govt area. The kwale you just mentioned is called Utagba ogbe and its the capital of Ndowka west local govt area.

And the Amai you mentioned is even closer to Isoko and Urhobo land compared to Niger Bridge. Most people on that area speak more of Urhobo and Isoko alongside their own dialect which is no where near igbo, so how are they delta igbo? Do you realise that the villages within these three local govt areas even speak slightly different language from each other.
