Bro is the Bible God's word? Yes or No. How the hell is that question making you beat around the bush.

There's no way in my post where I said Old testament doesn't matter. Jesus Christ came to perfect the law, not to abolish it. The Pharises and Scribes held on to moses law and Jesus called them hypocrites and liars.

When they asked Jesus about the law and which one of moses Law was the greatest commandment, Jesus responded in Mark 12: 30 - 31, "Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strenght. The second is this; Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

Check moses 10 commandment and the 2 Jesus gave and you will see that those 10 moses commandment are in the 2 that Jesus said.

As for the adulterous woman, I think you get it wrong. I attached the bible screenshot. Jesus said; I condemn you not, go and sin no more.
