Well. I haven't seen any of those screenshot bleed over to LinkedIn which is where I think the real damage could be done.

From a PR perspective, I'd be advising him to keep it that way and just go dark on twitter for a while till this blows over.

Jarus does not need twitter in my opinion.. he only has about 60k followers there, most of whom are unlikely to have the means to be his potential customers.

I have been in a plant similar to that before and I saw water being sprayed on such pipelines to cool it down. Definitely , overtime the water will wear-off coatings off the pipe and u will see traces of rust like this one u are seeing in the picture .

I don’t think u can just claim there is no proper safety culture in place by just looking at this picture .

The refinery is a multi billion dollar project with so many stakeholders who did not just put their money in it to have it burn via terrible safety culture . It appears u are looking at things from an agenda point of view .

Then if you watch the video on the day of the fire out break, you'll see people walking around the place burning. These are not fire fighters or even HSE officers with fire fighting equipments.
It also shows the slow response of the company's ERP.

As I Dey like this ehn, I Dey respect myself gan and I hate embarrassment . Where dem no call me, I no Dey go and even where dem call me I Dey make sure I get full gist about the event before I even commot house .

When we were in school we did a lot of funny stuff , crashing convocation parties , going to mosque to collect iftar during Ramadan as non-Muslims , dressing up to attend wedding ceremonies hosted within school premises , crashing naming ceremonies in our hostel area , etc. But all those things ends once person graduate .

I still attended a party in April where access card was required for entry . Though I went with 2 other people , I made sure I got access card for them from the host before the day of the event . I no like embarrassment at all; make person come Dey outside Dey beg bouncer . No matter how well dressed u are , dem go rubbish u

But this is a common situation.
There are people that are actually invited but the security moves mad or something.
Especially in events.
So they have to call so that it gets sorted out.

I actually believe they can do better than they are currently doing but if you put the budget of the state with the population of the state, it's not sufficient to take care of the huge population.

I agree it's not sufficient.
But the fact that they can do alot better is what frustrates alot of people. To make it worse we know they can do better even without actually knowing the financial books.. Now imagine if we had a proper idea about the monetary workings of Lagos.

Prices of houses and rent are equally expensive in other major cities.

You cant compare rent in London to rent in Nottingham, they are both in the UK but the rent differs greatly.

Same way you cant compare rent in New York or San Francisco to rent in New Jersey.

It's a simple economics principle, if demand is higher than supply, price will increase.

In 18, 19, houses were cheaper in Ikorodu but the moment people started moving to Ikorodu in large numbers mostly due to the low house rent, the house rent is now increasing at an alarming rate.

As long as Lagos continue to have high influx of people into the state with its tiny land mass, no infrastructure will keep up with it.

The real question is this.

Is LASG doing enough with the money they are making to match the economic activity in Lagos?

I think one thing that worked to the advantage of the people in Kenya is that the country is one with no single dominant tribe like we have in Nigeria. The country is one with several minority tribes unlike where have like 3 dominant tribes which makes it easy for politicians and leaders to always use tribalism to divide the people.

To be fair to Chioma and to your point, she is making an informed choice in this instance. She has known Davido for quite a bit now. There is absolutely no way she doesn't know Davido go continue to wipe outside or get entangled in controversies involving other women or mother of his children from outside. Making this informed decision means she has weighed the pros and cons and made peace with her choice.

Chioma has exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence and maturity in handling a lot of these controversies for the most part. At this height of Davido's wahala, I don't recollect her making any noise when David was on knees begging a lady make only "the tip" enter. I kind of liken it to Tubaba and Annie's situation.

However, it doesn't guarantee that Chioma's disposition towards this behavior won't change after marriage. Condoning controversies surrounding another woman as a girlfriend is quite different when compared to being married. Lets see how long she holds or pray Davido finds a mature way of keeping his outside business low key.

I suspect that chioma also has the full backing of the family. But will that help her out in marriage in terms of protecting her interest(what does this even mean sef) ?
