Hello guys, I'm new here. I want to find out all the processes involved In applying for EE. After evaluating my credentials through WES and taking IETLS, is there anything else I would need to do before being able to apply? How much money in total would likely to be spent? Pls assist a sister

Choose your noc and ensure the duties stated on your ref letter matches with the one on your chosen noc. The amount of money you need will depend on how many family members you are going with. If you are married will you be going with the kids n hubby?

House O...please help o...I paid for my WES since Dec 2014 and my alma mater, UNIBEN, sent my transcript to WES in February 2015. On the 26th of February, I got a VDR mail from WES. I contacted my school early in March and they said that they are yet to receive the mail from WES. I sent a mail to WES on April 1 to WES and they replied on the 6th and said that they have sent a verification mail to UNIBEN on the 26th of February, that I should exercise patience...I am at loss at what to do. Please can some one help me? Advice? Thanks

Go to exams and record rm 39 in uniben to find out if they've got the mail if not then check at the registrars office RM 12. Probably they are yet to sort mails received. Though it take about two weeks for the mail to reach exams and records from the office of the registrar. Good luck

Please can verification from institution be replied by my institution via email?

Yeah. I requested uniben to reply wes via email and they did. I've received my hardcopy and that of my hub. Its faster and cheaper.

Hi, fill in both occupational classes but you can only indicate one on the basis of which your application will be assessed.

Hello all, I got a maik from Wes notifyn me dat my credentials have been sent to my schl (postgraduate) for verification since 17th of march. When I contacted my person dats d secretary to dean pg schl she sed shes yet to receive it. Probly, it was addressed to d dean and will soon get to her. Its about 9 days already and shes yet to receive it.

1. Was it hard copies Wes use to send for verification or soft tru e-mail.

2. Any body with similar experience? Is dis time interval between Wes sending and Schl receiving norma
Thanx all.

It takes about a week or two before your sch receives it, then another one or two weeks before your school allocates it to the office that will work on it.
My advice - ask your school to reply via email its much faster and cheaper

335 is quite high. Hopefully the scores will drop further for now since job bank is not yet active. I strongly believe it will drop to 300 or even less before it goes up again. Just get in the pool

Was just wondering how Canada employment letter accepted for express entry would look like. Pls share if you have one. Not full info just an idea.
Secondly, what should be the status of the company offering the employment, a multinational, local or a one man biz?
Thirdly, what could be the implication of a job offer to both the employee and the employer.(taxation may start immediately)?
Just wondering. Pls share your opinion smiley

@Anticabal, please can you please help me out on IELTS exams, how difficult it is , what are the success tips to writing the exams, where can i get past question papers that i can use for preparation.....thanks.

Ielts is a simple exam but don't underrate it. Prepare as much as you can. There are lots of practice questions online and u can also get from this forum at request. For the speaking you can subscribe to ielts-blog for likely questions. Speaking questions can be repeated. You can practice by speaking to yourself or writing your thoughts down. Dont give straight answers. Always give reasons or description for your answers. For the listening, try to follow the story don't get lost. Skip anyone you did not hear just try not to get lost. For the writing, just be good with descriptive letter and argumentative essay. That's often the writing questions. The reading is the toughest. Do a lot of practice so you really understand what is expected.
Above all practice practice practice.
Goodluck

Under express entry occupation is not specified. Anyone can apply. Whatever experience you claim to have just make sure it matches with the duties listed on the Canada occupation Noc you choose.

I can't imagine going through the stress of obtaining my transcript from ekiti again, so frustrating.

If you already have wes evaluation then you are OK.whether u s or Canada it's same body. Just make sure its within the time frame; five yrs

Hello People,

I'm new here. I would like to know if i need to submit more than one credential(BSc & Masters) with WES for verification. Would there be any advantage if i verify the two credentials.

If you have both then its OK. Just that the highest qualification kind of make the others obsolete.

Hello and congratulations to all the seniors in the house. For those apply for express entry more grease to your elbow.
Pls am a bit confused about my job experience. I would like to get opinions. My highest qualification is a masters in business administration. But my work experience, is as a retail sales executive for about 3.5 yes. My education qualification would put me in Noc o. I do not know which Noc my work experience place me on. Moreover, when I checked the education qualification for retail sales in Canada occupation Noc , its a sec sch cert. Pls your views.

SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Provincial Nominee Program) has reached its cap for the year 2015 within the first 1 hour. Prospective applicants can look towards other provinces for nomination.

This is kind of discouraging. Are you sure anyone without PNP and a job offer will ever make EE sad sad
Travel / Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by livepluslife: 9:40pm On Dec 22, 2014
thanks alot solomonwis. i just noticed that Saskatchewan nominee program does not require evaluation of credentials and their clb level is lower than that of the fswp. if one is nomitated does with a province requirement does one still need to meet the federal requirement to be in the pool? hope my question is clear smiley
