I didn’t buy the account for it to sit around for a month, I have been very patient. And when you say transaction history I hope you know what you mean, the total amount the account send out is less than 60$.

Well your guy just pulled a petty scam of 14k. If he new he didn’t have the expertise to make the account work with vpn he shouldn’t have put it up for sale. 14k is nothing but I will get my refund.

Mind you, I bought this account April 5, and it’s been one story or the other since then. It’s not bad that I ask for a refund, the service I paid for wasn’t rendered. I specifically asked if the account works with vpn.

The fact that the 1$ hasn’t sent out doesn’t mean the acct won’t send out...

As the guy said, even if you call PayPal, they will tell you everything is perfectly ok with your acct and that it’s their bot ...

They will tell you to keep trying different values and different times ...

So you are saying I should send money into an account that is clearly not functioning?
