A family relative wants to send $1000 to me from the USA, he has options of sending it in Naira but he prefer to send it to a Nigerian Domiciliary account. I don't have a domiciliary account.

Question 1: I would like to know which Nigerian bank i can open a domiciliary bank account with and receive the money into the Dom acc in USD.
Question 2: Will there be any charge to receive the money in USD?
Question 3: Will the money go straight into a Nigerian Dom acc or it will go via proxy ie, my relative sends to the Naija bank's Dom acc and the Naija bank then sends to my Dom account?
