The summary is that IBB tells the world that Buhari was overthrown because of his stubbornness, arbitrariness and abuse of the rule of law.

What is shocking in this excerpt is that The man who announced to Buhari in 1983 that he has been chosen as head of state was the one who Overthrew him.

Fast forward to 2016 and you will know that Buhari has not learned anything and a bad political calculator. His permutations in politics are achaic.

He has been having a lopsided appointment in key positions from one region since he took over. This has met the outcry of many Nigerians but he really doesn't care. Few days back. We had a rumour of coup which military monitor confirmed.

Buhari has again surrounded himself with people he claims he trusts as in 1983. But premit me to tell you that it's a bad move. He lacks political for sight. He has forgotten that he won 2015 with just 2million votes ahead of his opponent. The margin is quite slim. It doesn't matter how the north feel that the southwest did not give PMB votes enough. Truth is PMB got block votes in the north. GEJ got block votes from south East and south south. The decider was southWest. The votes were shared in Lagos and other south west states. If Southwest backs out of PMB in 2019 he is finished. He has not in anyway proven to southwest that he cares about the votes they gave him in all his appointments.

Niger Delta Avengers are having a swell time. Buhari has no strong man from that region to negotiate with them in his cabinet. Ibe kachikkwu who seems to be loved by his people and has a way arround it has been blindly demoted in pursuit of the northern hegemony.

I see in Buhari a man who is scared of having a 1985 repeat from any quarter. He has surrounded himself with his kinsmen. Same people who Overthrew him in 1985 He also has done everything possible to ensure that if for any reason southern Nigeria threatens the unity of the country he has the arsenal to crush them. He has army, Police, DSS, airforce in his kitty. What he doesn’t know is that battle has moved to ballot boxes. Nigerians are expecting an economic turn arround. People will patiently wait till 2019 to judge him at the ballot box. Buhari has to carefully watch out for the cabal that has hijacked his government already. Danbazzau and Abba Kyari are known names. Danbazzau also served as a strong cabal in Yaraduas government as then chief of army staff.

PMB has no option than to perform beyond excellence. His certificate issue is a card that will be thrown up again in 2019. People will check his file for the result in 2019 elections preparation. His only card to gain support is to perform.

I said all these because people are really suffering now. I was in Gombe for 4 days I saw walking poverty and deprivation. Hunger and starvation pervades the land. In the words of OBJ, we are seating on the keg of the gun powder

But with Buhari and his set of saints, It's not possible.
