Growing up in the city , living in developed countries, I used to think village was all about what was shown in Nollywood

But I was wrong, a couple of years back I had a project in Kogi, Isanlu and this changed my perception

If he is going to the village, make sure it's for Agriculture or sales of agro commodity

The Gov. Mai Mala Buni-led Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed the party’s February 26 national convention, indefinitely.

The CECPC has instead notified the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of its decision to conduct zonal congresses in March.

BREAKING: EFCC arrests former Kwara Governor Fatah Ahmed.

The immediate past governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Sources at the anti-graft agency told Channels Television that the former governor is being questioned by a crack team of operatives at the EFCC headquarters in the Jabi area of Abuja, the nation’s capital.

He was said to have arrived the EFCC headquarters at about 10am on Monday, in response to the invitation extended to him by the agency.

Following his arrival at the anti-graft agency’s office, Mr Ahmed was in the interrogation room for about seven hours, writing statements.

While details of the case were still sketchy as of press time, sources revealed that his arrest was in connection with how funds to the tune of about N9 billion were allegedly diverted from the coffers of Kwara State government.

The money was alleged to have been diverted during Mr Ahmed’s tenure as governor of the state, and when he served as the Commissioner for Finance in the administration of former governor Bukola Saraki.

Spokesman for the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed that the former governor responded to the commission’s invitation.

He, however, declined further comments.

That packing the wrong things is a good point. Know the local weather conditions where you're travelling to. Summer clothes are different from spring and winter wears. Avoid yourself the embarrassment of shaking like a goat cos you only came around with shirt and jeans. You would end up with unbudgeted expenses.
That travel adapter thing is on point. Once had a long over in Istanbul, had to watch in horror as my battery ran down, couldn't enjoy the airport free WiFi and was too stingy to buy an adapter for 10 Lira.

So what type of adapter will you advice for the Istanbul airport? i will have a long stop over there soon.

The corruption currently going on in this APC Gov't will shock Nigerians.
