You are right. My information was wrong. After continual digging I realised that those guys made the false to extort money from their family members abroad. It shows how untrust worthy people could be.
Thanks for the clarification!!

I thought of opening a thread about it, but that would be washing out dirty clothes outside which is I decided to do it in house here where I know his median team will see it.
I don't think your information is accurate...

PoliticsRe: The Newly Constructed Road In Enugu Is No Longer Smooth by Localemperor: 8:13am On Nov 23, 2024
fineboynl:
I don’t really understand the kind roads they are building or patching in Enugu.

Road where supposed to be smooth and even.

But within a week after construction they are are not bumping and uneven. It press like something melting. When heavy sun heat it and vehicle drive through it they starts to deteriorate with uneven surface. The old road before was even. But as soon as the lay new asphalt on to the old road within a week. Everything became so bad.

What they are not doing currently? Could it be low quality bitumen ? Or there is not enough cement and sound? Or there is something they are not mixing yo make it harden fast?
When you make such allegations, you're suppose to back it up with evidence. Either with pictures or you give location....

"Distant third" was actually my problem, in as much as I totally agree that Sullivan is ahead, it isn't with wide margin. Chimaroke built institutions in Enugu state even his loots were invested within the state ..
I agree with you, he did excellently well.

Maybe…maybe not…

He will always be stained by the so called “mandate” of “winning” against LP…

Anyway what is up with his face/skin….?
LP members are now singing his praises. And one thing you need to understand is that people forget easily.

You can't say Chimaroke came distant third, the truth is that the guy is being misjudged. Remove his doctorial brand of politics and I can tell you that the man really tried in enugu state. Note that Chimaroke took over from the military when there is no infrastructure and started laying the foundation for which his successors are building upon.

During his regime, he attracted the Nigerian Brewery, made use of his closeness to president Obasanjo to see that the perm site for UNTH was started and completed. Other direct achievement from him include

ESUT Parklane Teaching Hospital
ESUT perm site at Agbani
Agbani law school
Ebeano tunnel
Ebeano housing estate
Dualization of Chime avenue
Dualization of four corner Agbani road
Construction of Obollo Afor Enugu Ezike road
These are the few I know because I was not in Enugu during his tenure,
He also started but could not complete the now about to complete international conference center
The hospital close to the conference center.
In terms of making or detecting good leaders, Chimaroke has no rival, note that he was the one that selected both Sullivan and Peter Mba

The only governor he had no say about his emergence was Ugwuanyi and you know how he ended up.
I am not a fan of Dr Nnamani but I believe he is not given the honour due him but then he ruined everything by his high handedness which I believe his Young age was a factor coupled that he had no predecessor to learn a lesson from.
Honestly I do understand your argument but the problem is this, would you rank him above Sullivan or Mbah?

I visited Garriki today this is the progress so far for the Garriki Bus terminal. This picture is just the left side of the terminal, the right side is much bigger than this...

PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by Localemperor: 8:06am On Oct 25, 2024
Before the end of the third year, Mbah would go down as the best governor Enugu state has ever produced beating Sullivan while Chimaroke come a distant third and Gburus limping behind as the fourth and final position.

How was the flood avoidable?
Many reports were written to the government of Borno state but of course he ignored it... The last report was on September 5.
PoliticsRe: Dangote, Atiku, Dantata, Others Donate To Borno Flood Victims by Localemperor: 6:24pm On Sep 19, 2024
The flood is man made, The Northeast and Borno in particular is now the cash cow for politicians. Watch how they will be sharing breads and sachet water to the victims.

First it was Boko haram then Bandits and now avoidable man made flood.

If them no kill one politician gruesomely, post the video for social media others no go learn.
