It took me alot of courage to open about this online after so many years. Please help me find a solution.

I wish there is any permanent solution to this skin infection. I've been suffering from this for more than 7years. It's itchy and worsens Whenever I sweat, especially after doing some work under the sun, the infection becomes swollen a bit and I feel pains all over my body because the salt inside the sweat touches the infection. It is very painful like when someone adds salt to a fresh injury!

I recently did a skin endoscopy test and have taken the medication prescribed by the doctor twice but all to no avail. In the past I took so many drugs and rubbed so many antibacterial cream including funbact A but the infection persisted, right now I am feeling heat and can't sleep because of the itch. I wish I can express my pain in voice, I can't even go shirtless in public or do any activity that will result to me sweating, some days I bath four times to avoid it getting worse. I wash my clothes every day and don't wear any one twice before wash but all this has resulted to it getting more worse. I wonder the final solution, please help out!!! I am tired.

Waking up 4am everyday and running for 2hrs 30mins non stop may do more harm to your body than good. Wait until you reach 50s and 60s to result to see the negative impact. First you need quality sleep and little stress. God forbid you develop diabetes and continue that routine, you'll simply develop high blood pressure. Good sleep alone is a highly recommended medicine on it's own and there you are interrupting it at 4am, well except you sleep early. Then again, consuming alcohol on a moderate level once in a while as a man is not an unhealthy lifestyle. One thing I've found out in this life is that our genetics contribute more to our general health than our lifestyle which is why some heavy smokers live long than non smokers.

The thing is I sleep very early, I sleep by 9pm. I get around 8hours sleep every day.

The 2hrs/30m exercise is not mainly for jogging, others programs takes place just that jogging takes most of the time..

nigeria is no 183 on the obesity list of the world,with just 8% of the population obese,that is not surprising considering the price of food items in the market thesedays and my honest observation is that whoever that is obese nowadays in Nigeria has a genetic disorder and no amount of exercise or eating healthy can stop that

Honestly I agree with you, to a very large extend I can pardon those who are genetically Obese but you see those once who got theirs from unhealthy living, I have got no pity for them.

No body is comfortable being fat, no body wants to be address at a fat man or a fat lady but yet most would still not engage in sports and exercise to burn those fat and keep fit.

The kind of work I do gives me the opportunity to meet different kind of people everyday. And I want to tell you this, 98% of young Nigerians are unfit ( between the age of ( 20 - 50 ). You will see a man of 30 or 25 years looking like a person of 45years. Pot belly everywhere, looking so bad on senator wears. Haba you owe your self the best version of your physique and your also owe me one or two glance at you.

Have you wandered why the same fabrics/cloths would look good on some people while others look not too good?

A girl of 20 is now so fat and unfit that couldn't run from post A to post B without been able to catch her breath. Think about your health, think about your life, you're your own celebrity.

Even if you're not fat, you also need to keep fit, Imagine at your age you know fit run 1KM, omo you still be small pikin oo haba.

I started 4 years ago, before then I want to eat every new thing that's in town, from beer, to shawarma, pizza etc. I was so shapeless, nice dress look so bad on me, small climbing of stairs, I would be breathing like was drafted as part of the regiments that defended Normandy during the world war.

Then I decided enough is enough, it's has to do with a lot of discipline. Then I bought a pair of jerseys, dust one of my shoe and I was set. This is what I was able to achieve.

1. For the past four years, the only liquid I have taken is water. I don't know how Pepsi or Trophy taste.

2. I wake up 4am and run for 2hours 30 minutes non stop. Do you know that I can run for 4 hours without feeling anything thing?

3. I look younger when compare with my age grades.

4. For the past 4years I have not fallen sick. No jokes.

5. When I hangout with my guys and I ordered bottle water. Niggers be like " Guy why you dey form", "you be Jew man oo". But when you look at all of us, I'm the most presentable.

6. Cut your hair, wear clean and straighten clothes. Use perfume and deodorants. Omo just look good and smell nice. All this does not stop you from making money, it's helps you spend your money well.

Exactly! I watched part of his meet the press interview on AriseTV this morning and was a bit impressed with his answers. I say a bit because i'd be fully impressed only when i start seeing something on ground by way of realisation of all the projects the state gov't has planned! He made mention of blocking the loopholes through which gov't money leaks into private pockets. Going by what we're seeing here with this obviously fake receipt, the governor has a fight on his hands!

The Governor also said the state gov't is targeting 287 billion naira IGR for 2024 (@23.22), and that they're on target to achieving this.
