So for some time now, we've been getting disturbing by the noise of the glorious Gucci puppet called Hushpuppi.

First of, I'm doing this for the sake of those that would want to wallow in frustration 'cos they feel this dude is getting money just by being a socialite (only God knows what that truly means in today's world).

When it comes to social engineering, you only need to slip up and make a tiny mistake just once before you have your biography being downloaded by the whole world. Apparently, Nigerian scammers are not learned enough to dust their trails. I keep telling those who care to listen, the true scammers and fraudsters have at least one Masters Degree in a duly accredited course of study from a renowned institution (not those ones that grew up knowing all the cyber cafes in the area).

Hushpuppi slipped up when he posted a screenshot of his credit notification received via mail. He exposed a detail he probably thought wouldnt mean much (dude, seriously - I thought you were smart).

I'm a serving corper in IMO state and the noise of this thing hissing around my roomby 3am at night woke me up from deep sleep and I was shocked to see this massive creature coming close to my bed already... Na so I jump comot for untop bed oo.


The worst part was that I had to hit it like 20times before it grew weak and it was just making hissing noises before it died. I'm very sure its poisonous isn't it?

The US Department of Justice has gone to court seeking the forfeiture and recovery of approximately $144 million of Nigerian assets allegedly laundered in and through the United States.

The department filed a complaint alleging that Nigerian businessmen, Kolawole Akanni Aluko and Olajide Omokore, conspired with others to pay bribes to former Minister for Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

In return for these improper benefits, Alison-Madueke allegedly used her influence to steer lucrative oil contracts to companies owned by Aluko and Omokore.

The complainants alleged that the proceeds of the illicitly awarded contracts were subsequently laundered in and through the US and used to purchase various assets subject to seizure and forfeiture, including a $50 million condominium located in one of Manhattan’s most expensive buildings – 157 W. 57th Street – and the Galactica Star, an $80 million yacht.

“The United States is not a safe haven for the proceeds of corruption,” Acting Assistant Attorney General Blanco said.

According to the U.S. government, Aluko, Omokore purchased millions of dollars in real estate in and around London for Alison-Madueke and her family members, then renovated and furnished these homes with millions of dollars in furniture, artwork and other luxury items purchased at two Houston-area furniture stores on Alison-Madueke’s directive.

In return, Alison-Madueke allegedly used her influence to direct a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to award Strategic Alliance Agreements (SAAs) to two shell companies created by Aluko and Omokore: Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Nigeria Ltd. and Atlantic Energy Brass Development Ltd. (the Atlantic Companies).

Under the SAAs, the Atlantic Companies were required to finance the exploration and production operations of eight on-shore oil and gas blocks. In return for financing these operations, the companies expected to receive a portion of the oil and gas produced.

However, according to the complaint, the Atlantic Companies provided only a fraction of the required financing, or in some instances, failed entirely to provide it. The companies also failed to meet other obligations under the SAAs, including the payment of $120 million entry fee.

Yet they were permitted to lift and sell more than $1.5 billion worth of Nigerian crude oil. The US government contends that the Atlantic Companies used a series of shell companies and intermediaries to launder a portion of the total proceeds of these arrangements into and through the US.

Having sex at least once a week slows ageing in women – even if they do not enjoy being intimate, new research reveals. Being active between the sheets increases the length of women’s telomeres, a study found.

These ‘cap’ the end of Deoxy Nucleic Acid (DNA)/genetic material strands, with longer lengths being associated with slower ageing, longer lifespans and improved overall health.

Women’s telomeres lengthen with regular love making regardless of whether they are sexually satisfied in their relationship, the research adds. Researchers believe sex may aid ageing in women by dampening stress and boosting their immune system.

Regular sex really is the best medicine for preventing life-threatening heart disease – if you are a man, scientists found last month. Researchers from the University of California in San Francisco analyzed physical intimacy, as well as partner support or conflict, overall relationship satisfaction and stress in 129 mothers in long-term relationships.

Blood samples were taken from the study’s participants to determine their telomere length. The study was conducted over one week. Results revealed that women who had sex at least once during the study’s one-week duration had significantly longer telomeres.

Relationship satisfaction, stress and partner support or conflict had no impact on telomere length. The findings were published in the journal Psychoneuroendocrinology.
