Which year 4matic is this? Because I use a 4matic and changed my back shock for 5k front linkage for 3.5k. The only trouble I'll seen is that the ball joint can not be detached from the lower arm so you have to replace the entire lower arm which cost 30k, and e nor dey quick spoil

I've had it for 5 years.
It can be a money pit if not properly maintained and the interior falls apart with age.
Suspension is also a major blow for this car as it will keep failing especially if where you live is untarred.
I will advise you go for a Lexus is250 since that is properly styled,is more recent and economical.
The c230k is an old car tbh...no longer keeping up with the times
